I just want to make sure it covers edge cases as well (like Dynamic Punch) so I need to make it more specific

Ah yea, that's a sticky issue. FWIW, I brought this up to The Immortal, and he said Dynamic Punch (& Hurricane) would do damage without confusion. Personally, I prefer DP to fail altogether (bc it elicits confusion 100% of the time) once an opponent is already confused, but w/e.

My plan was to forbid confusion moves and Dynamic Punch on the same team lol

that wouldn't prevent Machamp from using DP to confuse both targets, though :0
