Iirc it means "Wolf hate? Not really." It'a my second favourite exchange in Wolf Children behind "痛くない？痒い。" which is "Painless? Itchy."
It's the leeway for simple exchanges like this in informal settings that makes Japanese such a beautiful language imho and it is something that I wouldn't have been able toaappreciate if I hadn't started studying the language (^o^)

I'm not fluent yet because I have only been studying it for six months xD The thing about these is that they don't follow the formal conversional rules of the language and as such it makes the exchanges really cute when translated literally xD
