considering it was there in the first place (it was and still is on SmogTours) you probably are stuck with the same Hidden Power but can perfect your IVs through normal means

yeah but with hp fire it auto sets to 30 speed and you have to manually change it, ash gren is auto set to 31 in everything but attack, but it doesn't really matter since u turn is easily the best last move anyways

you missed the point completely because
a) the event is given to you with an IV spread of 20/31/20/31/20/31 (unless I've been told otherwise), which means it can only get HP Ghost. You can perfect IVs in game but they don't change your HP type.
b) if it could actually get a viable hidden power LO Battle Bond Greninja would have more practical justification, but as far as I know it cant.
