IDK, it kind of becomes a different joke when you do that, right? Like isn't the joke that you act like it's completely straightforward and it's funny because of how oblivious it is? By adding the Roger Roger joke it makes it somewhat self-aware. Not a bad joke but a different one. Like this is the joke you'd put in the Facebook comments but not the meme itself.
