I am GMT-5 (CDT). Fortunately, Wednesday is my last day of classes for the year. With my schedule, it looks like I could do 10AM Wednesday, Thursday at 8AM-12PM, or Friday at 8-11AM. I might be available late Friday and Saturday night as well if you wanted to do it sometime in the afternoon on a weekend.
