CB Lucario with Espeed. I had my doubts, but he packs a punch. Also, giving Regice 192 Sp.Attk EVs didn't look good, but I'm incredibally thankful of it.

I used to use Life Orb, until I realised how restricting it is. If I am fighting someone and they did something like switch Lucario in on a Crunch,then out on an Earthquake to Tangrowth,and I'm holding a Life Orb, then I just lost 20% of my health for close to no damage. But with a Choice item...

I wouldn't think that these drugs are banned just to prevent the user from harm. I would say it's to protect others from harm. I've never gotten high, so I can't really speak accurately, but from what I've heard, you don't have a lot of control over what you're doing. Other people can get hurt...

Judging by the pokemon you bolded, if they made TOU, then that tier would be incredibally sweep oriented, even more than it is now, and almost any other pokemon besides the ones you bolded that were added to the list wouldn't see any action in that tier.
