It's a pretty good idea. You can run it as a daily contest to see who has (or can find in people's threads) the best of each pokemon. I've been wondering what the best Porygon-Z is that's floating around smogon.

Hacking wild blisseys for EV training is about the same as just hacking your EVs without EV training at all. And "popping" blisseys is a hack, because they don't just pop up (at lv2) in the grass normally. You had to hack the game to get it to do that.

wow, that flyer looks so fake. i could photoshop something that looks 10x better. plus, why would it be black and white? it's not a scan, it's a photograph. it's like someone took a photograph, then converted it to b&w. why? probably to hide the awful photoshop job (which it doesn't really).

you should include the original picture before the sprite-over so it can be compared. otherwise it looks like it was already a real sprite! (because you did a good job :) )
