  1. Agility Blaziken Sets

Sorry again for double posting. I really need to refresh the page before I post. Yes, I'd say that the special set is probably superior to the physical one, now that I think about it more.
  2. Agility Blaziken Sets

I don't know about reversal with sandstream being so prevalent... Maybe with some subbing, but that would take up two moveslots... Hmm...
  3. Agility Blaziken Sets

I tried Expert Belt calcs, and it didn't work as well as the Life Orb. I don't know about Scope Lens... I distrust the effect chance.
  4. Agility Blaziken Sets

Yes. I'll get cracking on that.
  5. Agility Blaziken Sets

That's only workable if you're great at prediction then... But it's easy to predict if you can get a wall to test out the CB/CSc versions. But then that's having your wall take unnecessary damage. Hmm...
  6. Agility Blaziken Sets

    That's interesting.
  7. Agility Blaziken Sets

Sorry for double posting. Yeah... heh. That's what I meant by "try to lure an Ice Beam" with Salamence. But still, that isn't cool. Hmm... Heracross's Megahorn seems like a pretty safe switchin, what with Blaziken's 4x bug resist... I really need to think about that more...
  8. Agility Blaziken Sets

Yeah... the special set does seem like it would be better than the other sets. The only thing that's more powerful than Blaziken's Focus Blast is Lucario's Focus Blast (special fighting attack-wise) too, IIRC, so that's kind of cool.
  9. Agility Blaziken Sets

He could still switch in on Blissey and stat up relatively safely, just as long as Specsmence or something along those lines lured an Ice Beam, I think.
  10. Agility Blaziken Sets

Yup. Agiliken. It's pretty interesting because, unlike Infernape, it can be "immune" to revenge kills if you need it to be. It can't tear through the walls as easily, but in return it can't be stopped by Choice Scarfers. Purely Physical Agiliken A Blaziken@Life Orb 252 Attack/224 HP/28 Speed...
  11. D/P tiers. (READ 1st and 2nd POST)

Okay... I just thought that appearing on a threat list meant that the pokemon was automatically OU... And I thought that Blaziken would have something to offer in Choice Scarfing, Baton Pass/Anti-Standarding, Agility-sweeping, or hit-and-run CB (that's a bit of a stretch though.) What about...
  12. D/P tiers. (READ 1st and 2nd POST)

Er... sorry if this is stupid, but why aren't Staraptor, Tauros, and Blaziken OU? Staraptor and Tauros are on the threat list, and Blaziken improved a lot from last gen. (And his attack being a fair amount higher than Infernape allows him to CScarf and hit-and-run CB pretty effectively). So...
  13. "Ask a simple question, get a simple answer" mark 4.

Okay. Thank you very much for clearing that up. You too, n3ther.
  14. "Ask a simple question, get a simple answer" mark 4.

Oh, all right. I misunderstood. I thought that it got rid of the Spikes/SR you set up. So it's not really a Brick Break, but more like a Rapid Spin with Brick Break qualities, right? (Sorry, I'm a little slow today. >_>)
  15. "Ask a simple question, get a simple answer" mark 4.

All right, so it would be like: Skarmory used Stealth Rock/Spikes! Skarmory used Defog! Skarmory's Stealth Rock/Spikes were blown away! Correct? And also, if my opponent was a Claydol, and my Skarm defogs, then any Reflects/Light Screens that that Claydol had would go away, right? So...
  16. "Ask a simple question, get a simple answer" mark 4.

Could someone please explain exactly how Defog works? I've heard rumors about it doing other things than lowering evasion, can anyone say for sure what it does?
