Do you guys know how overgrow/torrent/blaze works on the turn something megaevolves? My blastoise has torrent and less than 30% health. I mega and scald. Does it get the torrent boost?

Interesting result of the format: there are only so many old gen players on each roster, so each of them are really good (it's harder to earn that spot). That makes those groups really stacked. Just look at Manchester and Jerusalem for example... good god.

I'm not quite sure if this will be helpful, but defog gliscor is always an option. EQ, defog, u-turn, SR/ice fang/toxic. That sort of combines lando-T and kiss into one pokemon -- cutting the fat. Gives you an extra spot to work with.

Ugh don't just go with the suggested spreads on PS and fix your EV's. With Charizard and Talonflame, you want an HP stat that's one number less than something divisible by 4. Give them 0 HP EV's and 29 IV's, that will allow them one more switch in with SR on the field.
