Really nice team, Damo. Like you said, there is a huge weakness to scarfed palkia. Because of this, I'd suggest garchomp over zekrom. While it doesn't have the same power as zekrom, you can't have palkia killing something for free every time it comes in. Other than that, I don't see many flaws...
