Where exactly should I post my idea of moves and items that should be banned? I want to help out but I also don't want to break any rules.

What about the use of the item metronome and echoed voice or any other move that doubles in power? It seems to me that having a move increase in power by four times the amount creates an unfair advantage over the opponent. After the third move its pretty much a one hit knockout. Should it be banned?
