I think Scizor should have U-turn instead of Bug Bite if you are trying to make a VoltTurn Strategy. And also it is based on entry hazards so one Pokemon coud have stealth rock or spikes. If your starmie has analytic it shouldnt have speed evs.

Have you had to handle a Talonflame or Mega Lucario? These two could really wreck your team.

Have you thought about mega Lucario? Armpaint, Kel, Realthug, and Dat hit and run probably would definitely not survive Close Combat. you could change one of your Pokemon for Avalugg or Aegislash because they will survive. Also, Mega Charizard's sun could affect Rotoms Hydro Pump. After that...
