    Froslass isnt the greatest ice pokemon to have. and it ould be a good igea to use a weavile. On feraligator you should use Dragon Dance.

    thats true, i forgot about "popular Bug/Fighting pokemon" so he could run 404 speed instead, my mistake, im not very good at giving advice myself, im learning.lol.

    Electrode doesnt need that much speed anything that can out run him would have to out run it at 394 speed, so why not lower the speed and add some evs to att/sp.att/ or even HP? electrode could do just fine w/ 400 speed so you have 64 evs to spread out wherever you want them.
