I wanted to have a place where you could take your favourite pokemon and see if there was some way to actually use in the OU tier to some extent (not actually making them good but see if they're usable) even if they are outclassed.

Since I have an habit of getting topics closed I'll ask first: Can I open a topic about how to use outclassed/bad pokemon in a somewhat effective way?

My main problem with Groudon/Kyogre is that they would probably be either broken or severely outclassed. I shudder thinking what they could do with Kyogre, I feel it's gonna be so broken like ligthningrod or pure power...

Actually if you have zoroark it matters a lot being able to select your last pokemon.

I have a question for you stall players: How do you break stall? (Well, since it's a thread about stall i thought I could get some advice...) By the way, the main issue I have with stall is that I've met one only a single time (I'm in the lower ladder) so I lack the experience to shut it down.
