You should replace Brick Break with Earthquake on Char X. EQ offers more coverage against threats like heatran who won't die to one Brick Break while still OHKOing ttar at +1.

I didn't compare them. I compared how everyone thought they were both absolutely wrecking the metagame. Kyurem-B had flaws that kept it from Ubers but then again so does Lucario. It was close to being suspect tested if gen 5 lasted a little longer. I'm not saying one is better than the other...
