i know of CAP, and i am actually really fond of it, its just that they are quite slow with new pokemon coming maybe 3-4 times a year? toss in a lot of Delta pokemon and new megas from zeta/omicron, and insurgance and id be the happiest CAP player in the world

has anyone suggested a fanmade pokemon tier or something similar? id love to see all the work suzerain has done for Pokemon Omicron/Zeta on here somewhere. specifically the Delta pokemon and some of the new megas he created
