Jirachi is too good to drop. I mean, Paraflinch, Stealth Rocks, U-Turn, Healing Wish, and the banning of Aegislash make it great for a considerable amount of team archetypes. As for Raikou...I guess its a good CM user or a substitute for Mega Man.

I doubt that Zam Base will drop though. Magic Guard+LO or Sash is still highly attractive for teams in need of a Psychic type special attacker. Can someone explain why Zam became OU in the first place?

I can sort of see this working. Confag gives an opponent Mummy, Slaking comes in and hits the opponent to remove Truant and receive Mummy. But that is way too gimmicky to actually work, like Skill Swap Contrary in Doubles. EDIT: Toljik was joking right?

The same applies to Cinccino and Ambipom. The issue (at least I think) is that people are going to use Cofag in RU due its attractive traits (annoying ability, tspikes, bulk), just enough to keep it RU. So even though it kinda sucks, people will use it, and it may or may not drop.

I sometimes see Cofagrigus used as a Nasty Plot user on TR teams, in OU. Toxic Spikes is nice, and that bulk means that it may not drop anytime soon. Also, who else can set Tspikes and Spinblock at the same time (in RU)? (Not Froslass because she's BL2)
