Just two things, drop Grass Knot on Starmie and use Rapid Spin. Also use the "Bright Powder" set on the analysis, it uses Cacturne for Spikes which is what a Sandstorm team needs.

U-turn is a great replacement for Stealth Rock, thanks. as for the Focus Sash, you make a good point, but I will stay with Damp Rock for the momment.

Just a nick pick, but by Banding your Hitmonlee, the opponent can switch in a counter leaving your your stat boosts useless. Maybe try a Life Orb or Expert Belt.

Hey, thanks for the advice, yeah, Sheddy is quite useless but i have won 17 - 20 half of them thanks to Sheddy's counters being dead. This also adds to my Grass weakness by adding Rydon or Relicanth. I was even thinking about using a Skuntank.
