Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
This thing has the potential to be the best Speed-Boostken counter in the game. For that reason alone it should go up in the tier system. Especially with 120 BP Hydro Pump from a 95 base Sp. Attack stat and STAB isn't too shabby either.
On a MixWrath set, Boiling Water is an obvious choice. Burn on the opponent can make Poliwrath an excellent bulky-water, especially with Bulk-Up. Sacrifice some attack EV's for some Special EV's, Poliwrath could be a force to be reckoned with.
I don't know, I have to disagree with the whole Water Veil ordeal. With DrizzleToad running around, Swift Swim Floatzel is gonna be popular as ever, but perhaps Switcheroo/Flame Orb could see some usage.

I think some of you people are over-looking the counters for Speed-Boost Blaziken. Sharpedo, for example, has a higher base speed AND Speed-Boost also. Plus finds solace in priority, STAB Aqua-Jet or a Life-Orb/Hydro Pump set. This may likely bring the forgotten shark to atleast BL and out of...
I agree, in fact, I don't think Exploud is gonna muster up anymore use even with Cheer Up. Though it has gotten better, so has almost every other Pokemon this generation. But the Mixed Scrappy/Cheer Up is gonna do wonders for exploud in UU. If only Exploud had more bulk or was speedier.
I think this zebra is gonna compete with Guts Luxray. Not only did Luxray obtain Wild Bolt but Luxray also boasts higher Attack and Sp. Attack and happens to be bulkier. Then again Zeburaika also has MUCH higher speed and WAY wider move-pool. I think Zeburaika can run a Life Orb set with...
