Base 100s hit a jump point at +nature 80 spe. Switch that spread to super mario bro's suggestion

Ninjask already outspeeds everything anyway...in OU at least, you're better of running 248 HP / 232 def / 24 spe bold.. this lets you outspeed and sub up on starmie immediately, and scarf starmie (and therefore the entire metagame) after a single protect. The extra defense means you can survive...
