    Hey pretty good team here, I believe Venusaur works much better than Celebi there, but if you don't plan on changing that I'd suggest you running Life Orb on Celebi for more power. Also, Ninetales only needs 108 EVs on Speed, put the rest in HP or Defense. That is pretty much it, good luck ^^
