I think it's about time I signed up for a tourney and I like the idea of this one since I've got personal qualms about using the same stuff everyone else uses, especially in OU.

Now I've just got to wait for the July Shoddy Server Statistics to be posted so I know which pokes are banned ... if I make it in that is.

I'm calling it a night, and I preffer that the sign-ups will end at about post #90, so I can decide about the last 16 slots and the substitutes tommorow. In other words: The sign-ups are up to the 90 post mark. You won't have a chance to participate if you pass that mark, so it's useless posting. The Round 1 Thread will be posted with the announcment of the July statistics, so this may take some time.
I will post the results when I return. Afterwards, the Moderators are free to lock this.
There will be 64 slots available. The first 48 are guranteed a spot. The last 16 places will have a higher priority for well-known and respectable battlers. There will be 10 substitutes after the 64 mark. Those that were 'dragged out' of the 64 spots will be guranteed to be a substitute. The substitutes will be needed for cases of inactivity, and then the 'dragged out' substitutes will have priority. It's only fair. PM'ing me won't help you get in the tournament, but will cause the exact opposite, so please PM only if you have trouble doing your match or vice versa.
