Pokemon Rap Battles Season 2: Seeding round

Okay, we're going to kick this off with the seeding round. The way this works is that you write (and optionally record. However I'd highly advise that you do so because that is half the effort) an entirely self promotional rap. The voting thread will be entirely poll based and the top two highest votes will go on opposite ends of the bracket, 3rd and 4th will go on the second to last brackets, and so on. Speaking of which, I'd like to note that it is okay to change pokemon mid-round because you aren't actually facing anyone.

I'm almost done writing. If I do a recording, it will probably be up by tomorrow night.

First recording up - I recorded this with my iPod because my computer doesn't have a mic. I had to put it onto yt because of conversion isuues and stuff and the fact that it's a "video". Sorry if I've broken a rule.

Can we establish some sort of time limit here, I can't imagine anyone going over 2:30, and the first round is always difficult to slog through. Also how is voting going to be after the self-promotional round? Because if it's just one vote for one song I can see many of the bottom 70% of raps easily ignored.

Anyways goodluck and have fun to all for this opening round. I'm trying to fix together a track to work off of.

If we put in a time limit I believe it should be 2:00. Of course you can go over like 30 seconds or something if you have an intro or some such. Also you will be able to vote for more than one person at a time.

Just come up with some stuff and make them rhyme. This is a preliminary round, and in later rounds you'll have an opponent which will give you more material. Just write some stuff. It'll be tight.

Just write anything. You can change pokemon next round. If you don't come up with something, you'll be DQ'd.
