Yeah, what happened to balance!? >:O

And Sheik has been nerfed. She has like no KO attacks. ;-; At least now we NEED to use Zelda to KO and not stay as Sheik forever. :D

This post better be a fucking joke
Took long enough. When you're at 200%, you die in like one hit from anything. That, and he can only wall jump once, regardless of whether or not he has used his up b. And I haven't even seen gameplay videos of him for more than a couple seconds.

Lucario can Wall Climb. People also seem to be enjoying Wolf a lot... if they can unlock him.

Omg, stupid gamefaqs people reviewed brawl as a bad game. Look at the 5/10s! ;-;

And Ike is REALLY popular... I expected Snake and Sonic to be more popular than him...

Holy shit let me say I liked Lucario before any tier list comes out! I think this is a really cool addition to Brawl ... if only Sakurai and co. had put this much thought into all the characters *cough*ToonLink*cough*.

I liked Lucario too! He's my favorite D/P pokemon. Anyway, what's wrong with Toon Link? He looks pretty good to be. His Smashes and Air attacks look faster than Link's, and his gets more air on his recovery. If we want to talk about disappointing characters, let's try Olimar, whose Pikmin do nothing and don't fly very far when thrown.

Will submitting a review on gameFAQs make me a bad person? I've done quite a few.

Well, there's really nothing wrong with Toon Link, IMO, but they really could've given him a different set than Link, becasue there are so much in WW that are not in other Zelda games.

My favourite of the D/P bunch as well, not to mention overall favourite :). My gripe with Toon Link is that he's the cloniest clone in Brawl, when he had potential for a unique moveset, which is why I assumed he was wanted. Instead, we pretty much get a rehashed Young Link. I think Olimar is an example of a very creative character, no matter how he turns out. It's characters like that that I feel make good additions to Brawl, as they mix it up a bit.

Also, from Smash World Forums, on the subject of Lucario's Aura Sphere (neutral B):
Did GameFaqs already make a tier list?

Probably with Landmasters. A real one? Doubtfully, but you never know. Toon Link is at the bottom of my tier list though. Forever. (j/k)

Chargable in mid-air, cancelled with block (or left/right if on the ground to go directly to a dodge), can charge over several small increments, and while charging the charge effect actually hurts enemies that touch it.

Very cool. I watched the video I posted again (bdcool128's latest Lucario one) and these are some more impressions I get:

-Lucario jumps in a floaty manner, more like Marth and Samus in Melee as opposed to Fox and Falco
-His Counter doesn't just reflect attacks like Marth and Roy, he actually dodges them then hits back

http://smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=140937

So, Lucario get's a auto-reversal on all his moves up to 200% damage. Um, wow? It seems high damage comboers like Toon Link and Meta Knight will just assist in their own loses when battling him.

EDIT: For non-pokemon players, let me explain. <_<

All of Lucario's moves damage and knock back increases with his damage % increasing. It stops increasing at 200%.
Example: An A move going from 15% damage to 26% damage.

Can you say high-tier?

oK Wario can go to hell, this is awesome!

Because Ike seems to be a powerhouse and he's not anywhere near as slow as the E4All demo made him out to be. Plus, he's the only heavyweight with a sword.

Atop that, anyone who is even remotely a fan of Fire Emblem (particularly 9 and 10) is going to flock to Ike, seeing as how he was the main character in both, along with being one of the best units in both games. He's also the most interesting main character the series has had in the last few years. Roy, Eliwood, and Eirika were all pretty bland and similar.

I think Luke's VB is Me First, not Counter.

And I spy an Extremespeed side smash. Lucario is shaping up to be an amazing character.

287 is ... impressive to say the least. I'll assume we can use 252 of those for music, to be pessimistic (that's 6 per stage, counting Mushroomy Kingdom Underground).

Wasn't that implied with Counter?

I dunno how powerful it is. But the animation looks like he dodges the attack to attack first, which is more Me First than Counter.

Of course, but not really the attacks named counter from melee (though I don't know about Roy, actually I think his counter changed with what attack it was... Marth's didn't change)

Never mind...

But Me First would mean that he makes the same attack as his enemy.

Wow. The guy who reviewed this is a fucking douche. It may not be breaking news coming from GFAQS and all, but I have to rant about this, it's seriously bullshit.

Graphics: 4/10

Apparently Brawl doesn't compare to (and I quote): "Crysis on 1024p with everything maxed". You don't say? This is the wii, not a top-of-the-line comp. What an ass.

Controls: 6.5/10

So the gamecube controller was a nice touche according to this douche but having the OPTION of other control methods was stupid, because they feel clunky and akward. Ugh, like anyone's even gonna play Brawl with the Wii Remote. Ass.

Storyline: 3/10

No dialogue? Too much unexplained fighting? Half these characters speak different languages or completely different dialects altogether, and this is Smash, not Final Fantasy. Douche.

Sound: 7.5/10

So many songs aren't orchestrated and you'll often wonder if your listening to a low quality .mid file.
This is just plain wrong. I don't what this guy is smoking, but we've all heard Brawl's music, and it's amazing. The choice is staggering, and the quality and thought that went into it is wonderful. It seems that a couple of iffy songs ruin it though guys let's just pack up now and forget about this game altogether :(

Gameplay: 4/10

I almost loled at this part. Clearly he's biased, which becomes painfully obvious at his statement:

This game isn't a true fighter. Go play something like Street Fighter if you want that. This is more of a party game, where you use a Pikachu or little kids like Lucas to fight in cute WarioWare Inc. stages that have songs like Ashley's Song.
This really pissed me off. I don't need to tell you why >_>
Enough said about this portion of the review the better >_>

Replay Value: 3/10

A pick-up-and-play fighter with a full game length side scroller and tons of unlockable stages, characters, trophies, stickers, music, not to mention all the wifi capabilities, high score challenge sections in the form of the HRC and target tests, which are now much more substantila than in Melee with co-op, as well as multiple tests for each character to play through...

Ugh.

EDIT: And just to add insult to injury, at the bottom of the page:
