Uh, can't you use those berries though that remove EVs?
I guess you would need a lot of them, though. I don't even know how they work. But they do exist I think.
 
You need experience to get EVs, which you don't get at lvl 100.
No experience = no EVs
Unless you don't mind using vitamins
 
I was just wondering, for a Counter-Sash Weavile, would it be better to have 31 Hp and <5 Def, or 26+ HP and 0 Def? Which one would deal more damage?

as long as it says it can be learned through tutor on emerald as long as it isnt mixed with D/P Egg moves it should be fine
 
Can you breed using hacked pokes? I'm just wondering cuz i got some hacked milotics....and i accidently got an egg from it before i realized it was hacked...I just wanna know if it's safe to hatch it....then release it.
 
@Itachi90: There's no reason why hacked pokemon shouldn't breed and the eggs they produce are fine. If they weren't then half the WiFi forum would kill themselves!
 
true, wondering can pokemon made through pokesav with all the legal stats/ev's/movesets etc. be picked out by a hackcheck or whatever it is? or do they just show up as if legal. Just on the subject of hack this and hack that

Klutz doesn't work on iron ball.

Questions regarding critical hits which I'm sure have been asked 100 times at least.

The normal (not high chance moves) crit rate is 6.25%?

What does Focus Energy add to that critical rate?

Does Focus Energy stack like Double Team does?

Do Special and Physical Critical hits act the same in terms of Chance?

The baby is considered hacked by most of the Smogon community if it is bred with hacked parents, but it is technically legitimate.
