Unfortunately, it won't.
Pichu falls into the Tyrogue, Magikarp, whatever else list- it's bad enough that it'll never really feasibly find use, and the analysis would be a waste of our QC and GP resources at this time, unfortunately.
Feel free to try again with a more viable Pokemon, though.
