Virgina's one of my favorite Pokemon to use, being an awesome Doubles Pokemon and being one of my best non-RNG breeds. She also received special training as a Chimchar, which helped her win a doubles ability ribbon. Who knows, I might try to get all Sinnoh ribbons on her one day.
EDIT: If anyone receives or received a copy of the UT version that is missing a hatch location (which causes a lot of other things to look hacked on legitimacy checkers like Pokecheck.org) it is because of Pokegen. If you want the UT version, You'll have to get it in 4th gen. If you receive the UT version (somehow) from me with hacked information, I will give you a refund.
