Arena: Warehouse 51- A very large government storehouse full of crates (think the end of Indiana Jones). It's a mystery as to what are inside the crates, some say tax documents, some say the Ark of the Covenant, and some say alien bodies. A few of the guards have snuck in and pushed the crates around to make a rectangular space for Pokemon battles. They say it's okay if any of the crates get broken open as long as the trainers help clean up after the match (in other words, the crates can be opened to reveal an object/item/nothing, up to the ref).

Summary: Indoor arena full of breakable crates that may or may not contain objects.

And may the battle begin! DarthVader317 sends to the field the fire lizard DragonCannon, the Embirch! On the other side LupusAter sends our the dark crow, Munnin the Murkrow, named at one of Odin’s Ravens! A very fitting name! maybe he can find us some ice cream. Oh well at least I can dream

Munnin is way faster and starts the match…splitting in three? He used Double team to create 2 clones and make DragonCannon’s life much harder.

Action 2

Munnin spreads his wings and dives toward DragonCannon. Right before he hits it, he stops in midair and uses the momentum coupled with Psychic powers to throw the embirch right at some crates, breaking one of them.

DragonCannon get unconscious for a second, and then woke up lying on the floor next to a broken crate with the face on the ground. He stretches his arm and feels something…weird…is feels like a claw. He rises his head only to find that he was holding the hand of an skeleton!

Munnin, not having seen the hand (and I don’t really think a crow would mind bones) is still in top-tip mental health and oce again charges at DragonCannon, this time not stopping and hitting the embirch with a powerful wing attack. Been recovered from the shock (read, it was so scared it burned the hand to dust) DragonCannon aims his cannon at what would appear to be the real Munnin and fires a flamethrower.

…but perhaps the shock affected his eyes, as he hit a clone.

Unfortunately for the Murkrow, DragonCannon managed to notice which one is the real one after the hit and used Flame Wheel to throw the Murkrow at the crates and make it taste its own medicin.

I wonder if that will work

Anyway, the crate breaks and a fairy-like creature appears from inside!

Clovis uses his mystical rock bending powers to summon various boulders from the crates and then uses them to create a very sturdy substitute just like him! A 25hp substitute. Meanwhile, Munnin starts to feel the pressure of the battle and chills behind a crate.

Rebble: 25hp sub for 21 energy

Murkrow: Chill: +12 energy

Action 2

Both poke are now ready to resume the offensive warfare and Rebble starts by emiting waves of intense oldness. It’s a Paleo Wave. Wow I feel like my Grandma is here! (j/k love you grandma). Meanwhile Munnin fights back with aNight Shade that merely scratches the Substitute.

Clovis: Paleo Wave: 9 + 3 + 3 = 15*1.5 = 22.5 (23) damage for 6 energy

And Clovis decides to end this match and uses his great technique to summon the Ancient Power! as he does so 5 crates break and what appear to be bones come from it and begin to form a T-Rex that then bites and swallows Munnin!...of course he is made of bones, so the murkrow managed to escape. But he was never the same and demanded to return to his pokeball. I bet 5 dollars that he will go wacko. Aaaaand we are back with flavor! The norse goddess of Ice starts with…ice. An Ice Punch that despite the burn bring Clovis one step toward defeat. Wait! What is that, apparently Skadi has summoned an special Frost with her attack that Froze the Rebble up! Can this be the end of this journey? A haxy end to a haxy battle?

Clovis doesn’t want it to end that way and he struggles and struggles to break the ice and when he managed to free him arms, he started a motion to summon once again the Ancient Power. More crates breaks and several bones fly toward the rebble, hitting the ice and breaking him free. Then the rebble + the bones form an ancient warrior that attacks Skadi with great might, as he uses an ancient sword to cut down the Sneasel leaving her in a very critical state.

He received the attack and grace, stick his arms on the ground, focus energy on his mystical gems and fire a mighty Flamethrower that finally defeats the ice queen! Truly it was Clovis’s battle!
