EDIT: I believe this warrants a reorder, as any sane trainer would not have used this action set had they realized that Dusclops was awake.
 
Yawn makes the Pokemon fall asleep at the end of the first action of the next round. So I still get the first action before falling asleep.
I'll use this action to set up a 15 HP Substitute. Then I will use Earthquake followed by Chilling
