A sluggish Regirock opens by erecting a forcefield which shields it from Myrkul's next attack, & it does, as Myrkul tries to give the Regirock a powerful glare, but it fails. At this point, Regirock gets it act together & is no longer sluggish.

Myrkul, seeing no forcefield, then whacks the Regirock with a powerful fist that heals Myrkul a bit, but Regirock has other ideas, deciding that it is very tired & goes to sleep.

Frustrated at how long this was taking, you decide to throw a Cherish Ball at Regirock & it makes contact, making it go inside. The ball drops & hits the ground, as you await what happens. First wobble, good. Second wobble, things are looking shaky...Third wobble, could it be? Regirock is caught? Of course not, as Regirock pops out & takes a break before falling asleep.

Deciding to chance it again, you throw a Sport Ball at Regirock & it goes inside. The ball drops & you await what happens. First wobble, it's good. Second wobble, it looks rather violent now. Third wobble, after to close ones, will you be third time lucky? The ball then comes to a rest & does nothing else. You feel excited & you pick up the Sport Ball & breathe a sigh of relief. Finally, after all that stalling, you got the legend you deserved at long last.

You pick up the Expert Belt & the Focus Band previously held by Regirock & you suddenly see an opening that previously wasn't there. Seeing nothing else worthy of note, you take the tunnel & move on.

1) Do I get Sudowoodo and Regirock with their DW ability unlocked and all the moves you gave them? Or do I get them completely untrained?
2) Can I add Sudowoodo, Regirock, and the new moves for my three Pokémon to my profile already?
3) Can I already use Sudowoodo and Regirock somewhere else, like Battle Hall or raids? Or do I have to wait until my TLR challenge is over?
4) When can I use healing items? Between battles or even during battles?

Regardless, step on it! Attaching an Expert Belt to Sudowoodo, a Focus Band to Regirock, and the original items to my other three Pokémon! And to Iron Dungeon we go!

Iron Dungeon - Still Pall

Ulutiu: Heal Pulse (Ghaunadaur) - Fire Blast (Klink A)

Between Rage Powder's added effect and Heal Pulse, I should be able to minimize the incoming damage to acceptable levels.

Iron Dungeon - Still Pall

As Myrkul tightens his focus, Ghaunadaur disables his Effect Spore ability & released some powders which enrage the two Klink & attract their attantion. Ulutiu then fires a friendly beam Ghaunadaur's way, where nothing of consequence happens, as the two Klink let loose with horrifically powerful beams of telekinetic energy that deal massive damage...Even more if not for Rage Powder...Anyways, Myrkul focuses enough & lets rip a powerful punch which strikes one of the Klink for massive damage.

Myrkul then decides to tighten its focus again as a massive four way Speed Tie occurs...(Now THAT'S something you don't see everyday, eh?) Ghaunadaur wins out the tie & releases dangerous spores which paralyse one of the Klink, then the two Klink were foced to recharge from their previous attacks. Ulutiu then fires a star-shaped shot of fire at one of the Klink for a lot of damage, as Myrkul finishes off one of the Klink with a mighty whack of his fist.

Round end, & only one lackey remains,& it's sluggish as well. The gave it their all, but it wasn't enough...Issue your actions.

Myrkul begins by taking a break, as Ulutiu goes to help out Ghaunadaur with a friendly beam of light. As Ghaunadaur also takes a break from battling, the Klink tries to do something, but the electricity in its body pulsates & locks up the Klink's body, rendering it fully paralysed. But it loses its sluggishness, as a result.

Myrkul then continues to rest around as Ghaunadaur blasts the Klink with orbs of fire. Ulutiu then takes a break, as the Klink lets rip a blast of electricity that hits all active Pokemon on your team & paralyses Myrkul & Ulutiu, though Myrkul's skin peeled off a few seconds later, freeing him of the paralysis.

IAR, I think you're calculating wide range moves in the wrong way. The *0.75 factor applies only to the BAP of the move, before anything else. Unless I'm mistaken, correct calcs would've been.

Myrkul: 8*0.75 [BP] - 1.5 [Stat Dif] = 5 damage
Ghaunadaur: (8*0.75 [BP]) * 0.67 = 4 damage
Ulutiu: (8*0.75 [BP] - 1.5 [Stat Dif]) * 1.5 = 7 damage

Same numbers I know, but it may matter in the future so I wanted to point that out. That being said:

Myrkul then swings his arm at the Klink, dealing damage, as Ghaunadaur continues to sleep. Ulutiu, not satisfied with finishing his break, extends it out, as the Klink, while colling down from its previous attack, randomly locks up & experiences full paralysis again.

Myrkul then leads a charge, whacking the Klink with his fist, & Ghaunadaur releasing more spores which paralyse the Klink again. The Klink is then forced to recharge, as Ulutiu dutifully erects a golden box which protects your team.

Round end, & as Ulutiu's paralysis wears off, the Lackey is not giving up...What will you do? Issue your actions.
