Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
As you continue deeper into the green grassland, you come across two rows of trees that seem to be aligned in a rather unnatural way. As you hear rather threatening noises from the two expanses outside of the channel formed by the trees, you decide to go through the channel. Upon exiting through the other side, you are faced with an extremely peculiar site. A small mound of earth is raised above the others, creating what seems to be a small hill. What's strange, however, is that all of the grass and flowers in the clearing seem to bend towards the mound... as you examine it more closely, you discover that there is a strange flower on the mound. Do you pick the flower, or do you leave it alone?
Player Options
a) Leave the flower alone
b) Pick the flower
Very cautiously, you approach the mound and pick the flower. You place it in your backpack, where the undulate petals start to fold in and out...
___
Windswept Meadow Field of Flowers
Walking away from your entry point, you eventually find yourself in a field quite similar to the one you left earlier; short grasses are present across the entire field, and the calm air gives a peaceful feeling. However, as you walk into the center, flowers suddenly bloom across the entire field, transforming the green plain into one of white, yellow, and red. You also see a Pokemon on the other side of the field, dancing around; it seems as if this is what caused the sudden bloom, as the area around it is covered almost entirely with assorted flowers. There's a wide space for you to leave the field, but you could also approach the dancer...
Player Options
a) Approach the dancing Pokemon
b) Avoid the dancing Pokemon and leave
Intrigued by the Pokemon's rather odd dance, you approach it, albeit quite cautiously. It suddenly stops dancing and turns in your direction, looking at you with a close stare. The Pokemon rubs its petals together, creating a beautiful ringing sound, before opening what appears to be its hands to reveal some Flower Seeds. You see it nodding its head; a beckon, perhaps? You reach out for the seeds... and it turns out that you misinterpreted its intentions. The Pokemon reels back in anger and blinds your team with a flash of bright light, before whisking Lasfirlian away into the deeper parts of the fields, beyond your sight. The Bellossom prepares itself for combat by dancing about in an almost drunken manner, which unfortunately confuses your Pokemon. This might hurt.

With a quick pulse of energy, Dodrio goes down as well, leaving only you to fend off this crazy flower thing...
...naturally you decide to flee, before anything else bad happens. Luckily, you don't meet anything bad on your way back. As you check your backpack on the way out, though, you notice that the flower you picked earlier seems to have disappeared; where could it have gone...?
