Arena:
That's right, this is two seperate battles going on simultaneously. It's just like the ASB Arena, except...well...there are two battles going on at once. Oh, and Pokemon can change positions with the "Swap" command for 5 EN. Catch is, they both have to use it on the same action in order for it to be a successful swap. Alternatively, one of them can use Ally Switch, which is cooler.

Earthquake should hit everyone because it is only one arena, I think. I'm not targeting anyone else and it's not a contact move or a move that goes through the air that might be blocked by the glass barriers.

It makes sense.

Incorrect. The two rooms are two totally different arenas, albeit that you can swap the positions of battlers; it can be sunny in one and rainy in the other.
 
Lucario: Ice Punch--> Aura Sphere--> Ice Punch
If Fly, Use Sky Uppercut and push actions back.
If switch A1 or A2, use Brick Break A3.
Cyclohm: Dishcharge--> Dragon Pulse--> Discharge

Why 33 damage for Bide 1?
(14+15)*1.75=50.75, not 33
