Zhengtann vs. deadfox081! Littlemons clash!

Alright, suddenly all the fight left the girls (or maybe it just left me). Still, it's bad sport not to give all we can. This battle has taught me a lot, deadfox - against a fine gentleman like you (even though you're always taking advantage of my girls), substitutions are best played simple. The goal should be being at a position to maximize the number of turns we could order second.

As we reach the end of this battle, we start to wonder what it the source of such amazing power the Unown have. And they don't even use it in battle!

Unown W: Unooooown (translation: you know what is very odd? your jibber jabber! Quick, someone get me!)

And we the unown insults me, Rebble floats quickly towards it using the newfound power to start a Razor Wind that will deflect all attacks with at most 4bp.

But none of those attacks are used. Magby breaks its "I don't get baths" rule and jumps into the soup, getting Unown B and then swings it at Rebble's head with the power to Break Bricks

Unown B: "Unooown" (translation: OUCH!)

Ouch indeed. And both reflect AND Light Screen are gone to boot!

Deadfox's assault on the Unown continues and now is Nidoran's turn to get one. It swims and gets Unown T, that then begins to Taunt the Chikorita!

Unown T: "Unoooown" (translation: Haha you are a terrible nuzlocke pokemon)

And such harsh, yet true words, make Chikorita Uncapable of using Synthesis!

Also, sometime later, the Razor Wind kicks in for half-decent damage.


On the second turn Chikorita becomes the target. After Rebble attacks Magby with Mud Shot, Team Deadfox KOes Chikorita with a one-two Fire Punch and Sludge Bomb assault.

Finally, Rebble tries to make up for the numerical disadvantage by attacking with Rock Blast. But, unfortunately, it isn't as strong physically as his fellow rock-types and fails to do much damage with the two rocks it threw.

In the other hand, Magby is a strong little dude and, with a helping hand from Nidoran, manages to put quite a dent on Rebble with Cross Chop.

That adage holds true, eh? Well, it's been nice sparring against you, deadfox. Yours is one of the very few battles that taught me more than the average lessons I got. Still, I foresee Erza taking Flintlock down with her. Erza, try firing rocks again - it'll hopefully save your energy for the nest big shot.

P.S. @ Frosty - Rock Blast is boosted to 4 BAP due to Technician with an additional 2 energy cost, so it should've dealt 14.25 damage using 8 energy to drop Flintlock-Magby to 45 damage left.

Erza begins this round by grabbing Unown E to use Endure.

Unown E: "Unown" (translation: "I can make the soup very Energetic. Drink it now!")

The soup glows for a second as Erza drinks it and gets ready to endure future hits and then it returns to normal.

And that was a good strategy as Erza is attacked without stop. Flintlock attacks with Mach Punch and then Cross Chop and another Mach Punch, and all hits the Rebble. Barbarian, in the other hand, attacks on the special side with Leaf Storm, Ice Beam and Thunderbolt.

Erza, managing to survive thanks to the energetic soup, tries to get one down with it as it attacks Flintlock with Mud Shot for good damage. Then it tries to hit the Magby with a Rock Blast, but it missed! Not a lucky rebble...


Not that the endure wore off, Erza is in a VERY tough spot. Will it be able to defeat Flintlock at least?

I swear that the RNG hates me almost as much as Frosty. Well, maybe not as much as Frosty (joke don't get it). Just try a combo - I don't know how Frosty's gonna reff this, being a stickler that he is to me, but even if he decides to play nice, we'll need a miracle to pull it off right.

Before Rebble could attack, Magby whistles really loud and Unown Q Quickly floats from the soup to Guard Deadfox's team against priority attacks! And that works, as Rebble's combination of Vaccum Wave + Rock Blast failed to do any damage!
