If damaging Psychic-type attack, Dig the first time, Evasive Agility the second, Dig the third.
 
While Ralts tries to cripple Riolu with status, Riolu just get more angrier and hits Ralts with powerful super effective attacks. Ralts cleverly Torments and Encores Riolu into Earthquake. Hopefully Ralts' plan will work out~
