The Exclusion Tournament​



1. Deoxys-E is banned.​

2. We will be following the updated statistics this time instead of the old September statistics. Found here: http://users.smogon.com/X-Act/Smogon...8%20Output.txt​

3. You are only allowed to use 1 move that is listed as popular on that link.^ In other words, three out of the four moveset slots will be occupied by moves that aren't popular.​

I do not want to hear from those that have been disqualified for not getting their match done. I've given ample time to everyone.
 
I'd just like to ask this real quick. This means that you can not use the "these moves may replace any of the listed moves" attacks either, correct? Because Gouki and I had that exact question when he used Return / Rest / Curse on his Snorlax and I thought that it was an illegal moveset because Return may not be on the top 4 but it can "replace any of the listed moves" which is as I understood it, under the same exclusion jurisdiction as the top four.

Oh come on I was more active in the thread than IPL, I at least posted at some point and he did not. I can't really help the fact that he hadn't been on during the week and I didn't have time this weekend to play. I think anyone that was on Shoddy before the deadline would agree that I was on more than he was unless he was on at extremely odd hours or something.

Yea, they're under the same jurisdiction.

Ok, how about this: if IPL doesn't send his team in soon I get his spot. I really couldn't get the match done, he just has not been available recently.

Edit: Ok, just didn't want to see you move on based off of activity lol.
 
You hate when people dont complete there matches arin, but people sent in there teams for your permission to play, and yet your not here...
 
That's how it started with me. We had our teams sent in yet our names were still red. Then the deadline came and I won because of a coinflip. Then my opponent got the spot while I was arranging my battle with Serenity. Then I had to battle Itchni again but he came online only once and was afk. Serenity got the win. Well, that's fair. But it isn't fair that I'm out because of the inactivity of both my opponent and the tournament leader.
Funny thing is: Arin asked me to join the tournament.

Stop whining about my decision. You had more than 2 weeks to get your match done, but you couldn't.

And I asked sign up threads asks everyone to join. It was your decision in joining the tournament. And you must follow the tournament procedures. Of which you must get your match done before the deadline.
