Due to the fact that Gastly has 1 HP left, and will therefore be KO'd next round after its first action by its burn, I am calling the match. Gastly has no way to heal its burn, and can not deal 48 Damage to Pignite in one action. Thus, for the sake of speeding up the match, Reporter Molly wins!
