Nidhogg, start off by using Toxic on it! After that, use Dragon Pulse if it is poisoned and Toxic if it isn't. Finally, finish up with Toxic if it still isn't poisoned somehow, Dragon Pulse if you didn't use it last turn, or otherwise use Thunder Wave to lower its speed and hopefully get some hax

Alright Chuck Norris, we can do this!

Start off by running up to it and Ice Punching as it Toxics. Take the Dragon Pulse, then strike back with Revenge. Thunder Wave is bad for us though, so hold out an electrified fist (Thunderpunch) and let the electric current dissipate harmlessly as it flows into a full current.

This isn't so bad Chuck Norris, we can still win!

Use Ice Punch, then take whatever his second attack is and use Revenge, then use another Ice Punch.

If he doesn't attack on the second move, use another Ice Punch.

So I just noticed that you have zero speed. That's a bit weird.

Anyway, after a bit of a break, you can use Extremespeed to easily dodge Ice Punch with your speed. After that, use Outrage twice, so that you get knocked out of it by his last Ice Punch before you are confused.

Anyway, Nidhogg, I want you to use Extremespeed three times, but only to evade, not to attack. I doubt he will be able to touch you at all if you stay away from him because of your priority and speed (and the fact he has zero speed lol. May want to fix that). Just try to stall out a round.

Chuck Norris, use Foresight to lock onto Nidhogg as he slows down on one of his Extremespeeds. Then hit him with Focus Blast when he slows down again (can't miss, after all). If for some reason that misses too, use Focus Blast again when he stops moving.
