This is gonna be a bitch to beat!

ok, we'll be sending out Matt the Kitsunoh since he can hopefully abuse this urban map. Google images makes it look like too many powerful attacks will make some of these buildings collapse too. Anyways, let's start off by running around on the rooftops and hitting White Album with will o wisp in order to get that nifty residual damage going. After that, we'll go ahead and use meteor mash and finish up with yawn.

If White Album attempts to use Tail Glow at any time, stop this with taunt and push all other actions back one; this is like the key to us having a shot at winning this.

Hurrrrrrg this is no good. Well, let's start off and hit that spry little fox with an Earth Power (There is clearly earth in the ground, and power in the 'ant. Don't be a hater.). Now, it's time for some creativity. Dig after that Meteor Mash (that's going to smart), but don't attack him, go into the farthest-back room in the building opposite the one that he's prancing around on. In that nice safe room, Tail Glow while he can't get to you and Taunt you. Even if he manages to twist around the corridors fast enough to Taunt you, you should have him in a confined space where he can't move around as much, and be at an advantage.

(The room is the spawn/resupply room in the very back, connected to the basement.)

I've added a picture of the arena in the op.

And GoldenKnight sends out Matthew the Kitsunoh to face off against White Album!

Nohface* [Matthew] [M]
Nature: Jolly

Type: Steel/Ghost
Steel: Steel STAB; Immune to Sandstorm, highly insusceptible to toxic attacks, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Bomb, can be magnetized.
Ghost: Ghost STAB; brief intangibility that nullifies Normal and Fighting-type attacks, Pain Split, Psychic, Sucker Punch, Telekinesis, Trick, and Will-o-Wisp have Energy Cost reduced by one (1). (Gengar line and pure Ghosts only: moving through walls.)

Stats:
HP: 100
Atk: ****

SpA: *(-)
SpD: ***
Spe: 127(+)

EC: 6/6
MC: 1
DC: 5/5

Abilities:
Frisk: (Can be Activated) The Pokemon charges the opponent with the intent to knock off their item. If Frisk is successful and the Pokemon with Frisk is not holding an item, they will pick that item up.
Limber: (Innate) This Pokemon’s body is well trained and immune to paralysis.
Cursed Body (DW): (Innate) When this Pokemon is struck by an opponent's attack that makes contact, there is a 30% chance that attack will be disabled. Only one of the opponent's attacks can be disabled at a time due to Cursed Body.

The two combatants stand at opposite ends of the bridge, staring at each other intensely. Matt starts things off by letting loose a ghostly, blue flame towards White Album. However slow this Will-o-Wisp seems to float toward White Album, the speedy ant cannot avoid it and gets burnt. Matt takes the opportunity to jump onto the roofs of the buildings. White Album is able to read his opponents moves and the ant musters up all of his Power and shoots a pulse through the Earth (that his trainer claims is there). He aims at the building Matthew is jumping towards, weakening its structural stability. As Matt lands, the building collapse from under him and he comes crashing to the ground.

Matthew then rises from the ruins, glowing white. He appears to be channeling some energy, when he jumps up and comes sMashing down on White Album with the force of a Meteor. White Album takes the hit, then burrows its way underground. While underground, White Album Digs underneath the buildings to try and lose Matthew. Matthew is able to keep track of White Album for a little while, but loses him inside of the dark buildings.

Matthew roams the hallways, on alert for anything that might give away his opponents location. He then notices a light yellow glow coming from a nearby room. The light gets slightly stronger, as Matthew runs toward it like a cat chasing a laser pointer. As he turns into the room, Matthew sees that the Glow is coming from White Album's Tail. In an attempt to disrupt his opponent's focus, Matthew begins to Taunt his opponent. "Hey you stupid ant, you got burnt! You @?#&ing @^&*$! Yo mamma so fat, when she sits around the house, she literally sits around the house!" Matthew's taunting appears to have disrupted White Album's focus and the rash little ant is only intent on hurting his opponent. What has Matthew's taunting unleashed in this ant? Find out on the next round of CAP ASB!

Matthew:
Will-o-Wisp = [6 Energy]
Meteor Mash - [10+(4-3)x1.5]x1.5 = [17 Damage] [6 Energy]
Taunt = [10 Energy]

White Album:
Earth Power - 9+(5-3)x1.5 = [12 Damage] [8 Energy]
Dig = [6 Energy]
Tail Glow - Moderate (+2) = [9 Energy]

Note: Because Matthew was on top of the buildings for the Earth Power, I removed the super effective multiplier for the attack since it couldn't hit him directly. I RNGed White Album's Tail Glow (to see if he was able to completely escape with dig), with an equal chance of getting 0, +1, +2 or +3 boost.

Axaj, you're up.

Aha. Earth Power is the obvious move of choice, so use that, then a Hidden Power, then another Earth Power. If the building begins to collapse on you, Dig to the open dirt in front of the building opposite the one that you are in, then use Earth Power if he is around to be hit with it (if not, just chill).

oh dear, this won't end well, but i guess this let's us get creative

thanks to your superior speed, use faint attack to get White Album into your clutches (i want the two to start grappling/wrestling, but you should be focusing on handling his upper body). If earth power hits anyways, the good news is that it'll have to hit him too. Follow up with a meteor mash and finish up by faint attacking back onto a rooftop.

the faint attack up to the roof should be on that coldwell(?) sign on top of the large cylinders, it seems as though only two building would have collapsed by now and this has yet to be mentioned while looking like the safest place for me to be!

yay using the arena as a way to have a chance

The two Pokemon stare each other down in the dark room, when Matthew disappears into the shadows. White Album tries to search for his vanishing opponent, but cannot find him. Once he lets his guard down, Matthew reappears and strikes White Album with a Faint Attack, but rather than jump off his foe and retreat into the shadows Matthew keeps a hold of his opponent as the two wrestle for control. White Album struggles desperately to get Matthew off of him, but unable to do so, he lets loose a powerful Earth Power. The impact knocks both Pokemon away from each other, but Matthew definitely took the worst of the attack.

Matt once again slinks back into the shadows. White Album notices a white glow coming from the corner of the room when, out of nowhere, a giant fist comes out and sends him flying. These Meteor Mashes are certainly taking their toll on White Album. White Album then looks within himself, drawing out some Power that was Hidden deep inside, and fires the energy directly at Matthew.

Matthew once again uses the shadows for cover. White Album stays on his guard this time, wary of another Faint Attack. He realizes that Matthew is not going to jump out at him this time and takes the opportunity to Chill and regain some of his energy. White Album then begins to search for his opponent. He steps outside and notices Matthew pacing on top of the COLDWELL sign, looking rather bored.

Matthew:
Faint Attack - 6+(4-3)x1.5 = [8 Damage] [3 Energy]
Meteor Mash - [10+(4-3)x1.5]x1.5 = [17 Damage] [6 Energy]
Faint Attack = [6 Energy]

White Album:
Earth Power - [9+(5-3)x1.5]x1.5+2x1.5 = [21 Damage] [8 Energy]
[9+(5-2)x1.5]x0.44 = [6 Self Damage]
Hidden Power - 6+(5-3)x1.5+2x1.5 = [12 Damage] [4 Energy]
Chill = [+12 Energy]

cool, i won't have to deal with earth power for a little bit

start out by yawning, it's boring enough out here and White Album should just join the club. If he spends the energy to get up, wait for him and Meteor Mash repeatedly. If he stays down, chill under cover provided by height and leer at him if you see a safe enough opportunity to peer over. Hopefully the pretty nice height advantage will let us avoid most of his attacks from below!

Nng. Start off with a good ol' Blizzard. After that, blast him with another oh-so-powerful Hidden Power. Then Blizzard again, since Earth Power looks like it won't work very well here.

I unfortunately don't have time to do all the flavour. The positions are still the same, but the building Matthew is standing on is very weak now. White Album's second Blizzard missed, he fell into a moderate sleep and he is no longer taunted.

I'll edit in the flavour when I get back from school if you want.

Matthew:
Yawn = [7 Energy]
Chill = [+12 Energy]
Leer = [4 Energy]

White Album:
Blizzard - [12+3+(5-3)x1.5]x0.67+1x1.5 = [14 Damage] [7 Energy]
Hidden Power - 6+(5-3)x1.5+1x1.5 = [11 Damage] [4 Energy]
Blizzard - Miss = [7 Energy]

Aaaaaah. Well, Blizzard at him again, then Hidden Power, then Blizzard. If he comes down, use Earth Power instead.

ok, let's (hopefully) finish this

start off with a faint attack and follow up with a dig while White Album is still asleep. Hopefully a meteor mash will end this before White Album can respond with anything!

Matthew jumps from his perch, disappearing into the shadows in mid-air, and reappears behind the sleeping White Album. Matthew's Faint Attack does nothing to awaken his sleeping foe. He then Digs his way underground and shoots up from underneath White Album, knocking him into the air. White Album begins to stir, however he still won't wake up.

Ready to finish the match, Matthew begins to glow with a white-hot intensity. A giant cosmic fist then appears and sMashes White Album with the force of a Meteor. The sudden impacts awakens White Album and the ant gets up. He begins to gather his remaining energy for a final attack, when he collapses to the ground. Matthew's Meteor Mash has KOed White Album (making up for this ref's earlier errors)!

Faint Attack - 6+(4-3)x1.5+1x1.5 = [9 Damage] [3 Energy]
Dig - [8+(4-3)x1.5]x0.67 = [6 Damage] [6 Energy]
Meteor Mash - [10+3+(4-3)x1.5]x1.5+1x1.5 = [23 Damage] [6 Energy]
