Sign up here. The point of this tournament is to simulate how it was to play 386 on RS Bot, even before FRLG were announced. So you can use the Pokemon from FRLG, but not the moves from XD, move tutors, FRLG-learned (think Megahorn Nidoking), etc.

The following rules apply:

Normal rules
  • No Mewtwo, Mew, Celebi, Lugia, Ho-oh, Wobbuffet/Wynaut, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Deoxys (all forms)
  • No illegal movesets
  • No OHKO moves (No Horn Drill, Fissure, Guillotine, or Sheer Cold)
  • No Evasion moves (No Double Team or Minimize)
  • Sleep Clause
  • Species Clause
  • Freeze Clause
  • Self-KO Clause

Rules specific to this tournament
  • You may only use moves that Pokemon by level, TM or Egg Move. That means you cannot use moves learned via Pokemon Box, NYPC, Pokemon XD, Move Tutor from Emerald or FRLG, or that are learned via leveling up in FRLG.
  • Jirachi and Celebi are banned.

If I missed anything, please say so. This tournament fills up at 32 man, but I will allow substitutes to sign up. There probably will be no-shows, who will get yelled at and stuff.
