The DefenseEffortValues Applet is missing?

I noticed that the link to the DefenseEffortValues app mentioned in this article points to a dead link:

http://www.smogon.com/dp/articles/maximizing_defenses

Any chance this can be restored? I found it incredibly useful.

Anyway, great site you guys have here, it's most helpful.

It seems his users.smogon page is down, and I can't find X-Act's own website anywhere...

I definitely think that the defense EVs applet should be redone if it can't be recovered. Reuniclus is a great example of its importance.
