seriously i threw my laptop(no i dident), i was almost done BAM we dont like you restart -__-' ALRIGHT time to get real. Alright this is my team, first you look you see many Fast , Hard hitters, Bronzong , well it looks a little lost, Not fast what so ever, Well, I have trick room, As you can tell from my title i have 1 random trick roomer , it is indeed bronzong, and it is an EXCELLENT late game pokemon, It can come in , take a hit , set up trickroom , and clean up all the remaining pokemon. I found that trick room in the later parts of the game, is mostly unstopable, you're opponents just dont know how to handle it. it throws them off guard to much, and by the time they think they recover, they already lost. Its like facing a curve ball in the 1st pitch of the at bat you just dont see it coming. (baseball refrence ftw)

wish maker! (Jirachi) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk/6 Def/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk,-SpAtk)
- Iron Head
- Stealth Rock (Changed From T-wave)
- Trick
- Zen Headbutt

Jirachi. An excellent lead. rarley loses, Trick lead. to force switchs. twave after the trick. And Iron head spam. I find that jirach barley loses as a lead. Tricks hippowdown, Ironhead spam on azlef, Zen headbutt for machamp, Tirck of TTAR, Iron head for gengar it beats 9/10 leads bar the wierd azelf set that just trolled me with flare blsat.

I found that rachi fits very well into this team as it criples a lead and sets up rocks , or just takes out pokes with consint iron head spam, flinching the opponent to death , while Jirachi sits theres and laughs at it. It fits well with the offensive nature of this team as it dents 2 and kills 1 most of the tiem. Making it and easier job for the rest of the team. I had always turned away from using rachi in general becasue its so common, i finally realized how well jirachi can perform as a lead and i just needed to use

victory bell (Bronzong) @ Macho Brace ( changed from LO)
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252HP/ 4 spdef (changed from 252 spdef to 252 hp)
Brave nature (+Atk,-Spd)
- Earthquake
- Gyro Ball
- Trick Room
- Zen Headbutt
mhmm what?!? bronzong , truly you cant be seirous, well i am. The lone trick roomer loves the late game, AS it just sets its self in its favorite place and proceeds to own the other team. This bronzong set has become one of my personal favorite as it does so much damage. Its just unexpected to say the least. EQ for fire types, gyro ball because pro? with no speed ivs or evs. and a reducing nature it hits hard to say the least. and Zen headbutt for some stab

the set just simple dominates. i love it. This pokemon will not be removed from my team infact i want more support for it.

swagga like us (Sceptile) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SpAtk
Timid nature (+Spd,-Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power (FIRE)
- Leaf Storm

After Being owned by bulky water pokekemon and seeing that i have no viable way to kill vaporeon, or suicune, I needed some quick, and powerful with a powerful stab grass attack. Sceptile was the first thing that came to mind. This pokemon has been a viable assest to the team, Picking up the kills on all the hard to kill water pokemon and even scizor most of the time. Even at the -2 from leaf storm i still have enough power to do atleast 80% to a scizor on the switch in, Sceptile is here in replace of heatran as i still have nape to kill the fire pokemon that Bronzong doesent want to deal with in the late game, Sceptile can also deal with many pokemon through out the game as it hits hard enough to kill a lot of pokes.

inb4rapejoke (Infernape) (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 64 attack/ 192 speed/ 252 special attack (changed the old ev spred)
Naive nature (+Spd,-SpDef)
- Close Combat
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power (ICE)
- Grass Knot (changed from t-punch)

Back before i included Infernape on this team, the team got absolutley owned by stall. nothing i had could hit skarm, I resorted to making a stupid set. than i realized OO infernape would work wonders. i than removed... i actully forget what poke

well infernape the monkey. the cool cat. the wall braker. wahtever you wanna call it , it does its job wonderfully. Fire blast for that stupid thing called skarm , Close combat for that even dumbier thing called blissey, and HP ICE for dragon switces who thing they are slick. and grass knot is for the bulky waters who dont like infernape

RawR (Gyarados) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd,-SpAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Waterfall

RawR the gyarados, Now, before i thought of the mix nape, I made a stupid set out of this pokemon, It looked good on paper, but it failed oo so hard. like face palm worth it was a naive gyarados, with 126 spdef evs, 252 attack and the rest into speed. Insted of stone edge , i was using ... thudner ? like what . it worked if it hit. but it dident. ever.

Well i got rid of that and changed it to a DD gyara. Standerd set. Used just to do major damage and possibley pull of a sweep. all to make it easier on bronzong for later in the game. EQ stone Edge and waterfall for coverage and of course DD. Jolly nature cause id rather be fast.

gaygon (Flygon) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 SpAtk
Jolly nature (+Spd,-SpAtck)
- U- Turn (changed from Draco Meteor)
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Outrage

last but not least, we got flygon, Hes used mostly to clean up anything that bronzong cant or just to kill a threat early game. draco meteor so i dont like myself into outrage and get picked off early game. Eq cause eq. Fire blast for steel types. And outrage for a late game sweep.

TO END IT OFF.

well the point of the team is mostly just kill many pokemon off early and often. Not much settin up involved in this team, weaken the opponent if i cant kill them so bronzong can set up and clean up in the late game. Its a fun team to use. and i really like it.

Pokemon that got benched

trololol (Heatran) (M) @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SpAtk
Timid nature (+Spd,-Atk)
- Earth Power
- Explosion
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power (elec) Omg bright yellow much?

I'm just going to nitpick here because you already have a very nice team on your hands. First off, try U-turn over Draco Meteor on Flygon - it's one of his Scarf set's biggest selling points because of its scouting ability, and Gon's SpA stat is really weak so DM won't be doing much without significant investment. If you change this, shift to a Jolly nature (-SpA) and put those 6 SpA EVs into either defensive stat.

Try running Macho Brace or Lefties on Zong - LO really limits its impressive bulk for a power boost that won't help you more often than not. Macho Brace boosts Gyro Ball's power to fearsome levels (2HKOs Gliscor) and Leftovers gives you recovery. It's really up to you.

Last thing - try Stealth Rock over Thunder Wave on Jirachi. The paralysis isn't really needed [in fact, it actually weakens Zong's Gyro Ball because your opponents won't be as slow as they usually would be] and SR is the best move in the game; it should find a place on every team. That's about all I can think of; great team, good luck!

Hey, this is a pretty cool team and probably only needs small changes.

I agree with BKC on using Macho Brace on Bronzong. It really boosts your power a lot more than Life Orb and has no recoil, and you'll be using Gyro Ball most of the time anyway. I also suggest using Explosion over Zen Headbutt. Explosion lets you go out with a boom and OHKO almost every Pokemon once your sweep is almost over. A better EV spread for Bronzong is 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD. Maxing HP is much more effective than maxing SpD, as its base SpD is much higher than its base HP.

I would suggest using the moveset Outrage / Earthquake / U-turn / Dragon Claw on Flygon. Outrage and Earthquake are your basic STABs, U-turn lets you scout and Dragon Claw is a solid Dragon-type STAB without locking yourself in.

I also suggest using the moveset Stealth Rock / U-turn / Trick / Iron Head. Stealth Rock is very helpful for Bronzong as it helps a lot gaining KOs you otherwise wouldn't get, and U-turn is very helpful when scouting after you Trick someone into Stealth Rock for example.

Lastly, I suggest using 64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spe on Infernape and Grass Knot over ThunderPunch. You already have HP Electric on Heatran and Grass Knot deals with other bulky waters better.

Good luck with the team!

Hi, good team :)

About offensive threats I found Zapdos LO agility. It is able to set up on Gyara , on a Flygon's eartquake and in Bronzong ( that's why you need Explosion which is better in Gen 5 than Zen headbut). Then it is one shot after one shot( Heatran can tank one thunderbolt ( 60-80%) but if he took some domage before...)

thank you all, im going to try grass knot on infernape, with that ev spread, the macho brace on bronzong, and the sr on jirachi ill let you know how its worked out after some more testing and thanks blazing, ill try to use the rocks, im one of those players that barley uses them tho

after some testing games the team seems to be working alot better thanks guys, anymore tips and ideas will be greatly appreciated

bump - i made some changes to the team i would like some more rates
