Heph, let's make life a bit easy for Flora. I think a Yawn would be a good start, and then just nail it with a couple of Hydro Pumps afterwards. We'll try to get this match off to a good start.

Good work, Hephaestus, that went reasonably well. This time, create a Substitute (17). Then, unleash another couple of Bubblebeams at Frank while he sleeps, switching to Hydro Pumps if he wakes up.

Before you go to sleep (Frank) bust out Brick Break to hopefully break the sub if you wake up (because shed skin is awesome) use Drain punch then 2 clones with Double team

Brick Break > Drain Punch > Double Team (2 clones)

EDIT:Flora I just wanted to say thank you for doing this and i didn't change any of my moves when i wrote this

Round 3: Pantman... fallen?

As Frank snoozes away, Heph blows a Bubblebeam toward his face that pops and explodes on impact! Hmm, what an interesting effect! It looks like the bubbles effectively slowed Frank down! Suddenly Frank snaps wide awake... only to be blasted by a Hydro Pump! Frank gets up from the wet mess made on him and runs after Heph for revenge! He aims his right hand of Drain Punchy justice! *SMACK!* Looks like Heph's... Substitute took a beating! It's only 1 HP away... and oh poor Frank gets shot by another accurate Hydro Pump which unfortunately means game over for him and no broken Substitute.

Round 4: Cody Hackings

Dead Frank. Living Cody. GOGOGO!

Cody begins the round by Cursing. Well, that's not a great way to greet your foe! Where's your manners? Seriously! Heph is just worn out from all this battling, tries to chill, and gets a freaking CURSE? He's a Pokemon too! Respect each other!

... Oh yeah, this is a battle. Cody seems to know that for sure as he quickly gets to Heph's Substitute and attacks it! Aha, there it breaks down! What's there? It's... a HYDRO PUMP! This smashes the youngling's face pretty darn hard! Heph is in no way ready to retire yet!

Noticing his obvious HP advantage, Cody gets ready for some cool move. He lunges at Heph in a loving Return attack that manages some great damage! However, Heph isn't just about to take that - he fires another Hydro Pump that blows Cody right out of his face! Cody bumps onto the ground like a megaton weight, but he picks up his courage and readies himself for another round to come!

He has enough EC to evolve, but doesn't. What a nice guy. Good luck buddy!

Okay then, apparently you get instructions as well as encouragement Ao.

You can just get straight to the point. Surf => Brine => Brine. Replace Brines with Surfs until one hits.

First start with Yawn to attempt to pay him back for the last couple rounds (more or less), then Detect to avoid the first Brine then Dig to avoid the second and deal some super effective damage

Can I haz a cookie for telling you that you're amazing and that we love Flora?

Anyway, Ao, you can start off with a Substitute (25%) to stop any more shenaniganry akin to Yawns as above and Tail Whip as below. Then, if you wake up, start just using Brine until the end of the round.
