2v2 Doubles.
2 Day DQ

Arena: A forest clearing.

A beautiful forest clearing, there are many tall trees and shrubs around, dense enough for a small Pokemon to avoid detection in. There is a large lake in the middle of the clearing, deep enough for any water Pokemon to hide comfortably in. The canopy of the trees prevents Pokemon from flying too high, but the sheer height of the trees means that there is ample space for flying. It is quite dark here, and humid.

ok umm, i'll use Scraggy and Togepi

Scraggy: We need to stop a couple of possible attacks, so begin the battle with a Taunt at Pawpa. Follow that up with a Drain Punch and a Hi Jump Kick; if he uses Close Combat, respond with Counter instead of whatever attack. The good news is that he can't really use the forest to hide because we can see him and catch up to him more quickly thanks to our typing!!!

Togepi: Start things out by using Yawn on Dratini, this'll be good since it hits like a truck right now. We can then use Charm on Noodles to help our cause even more. We'll finish up with a Psychoshock on Noodles.

OK Noodles, you are the fastest Pokemon here, so let's start out by using Thunder Wave on Pawpa. This should make Pawpa fast enough to get in a Swords Dance before the Taunt. Follow up by Leering at Togepi making any attempts to Charm you useless. Finish up using Waterfall by jumping into the pond and hitting Scraggy as hard as you can, waking yourself up from the Yawn and causing lots of damage.

Pawpa, because Dratini made you lightening fast, start off with a Swords Dance, increasing your already insane Attack. Then Close Combat that Togepi Twice, hurting it very badly. Use your speed to dodge the Hi Jump Kick by hiding behind a tree has he jumps at you.

Everyone wakes up to find themselves in a strange forest area. They are all in a clearing, but the air is very humid and the trees and shrubs around the clearing look too dense to travel through very far, so they look like they are stuck here. Eventually, Crux announces that he might as well have a battle while he is here, and GoldenKnight steps up to face him in a quick doubles match. They each release two Pokemon: Pawpa the Teddiursa and Noodles the Dratini for Crux, and Scraggy and Togepi for GoldenKnight. This leaves everyone ready for a good battle, and eventually it is begun by Noodles the Dratini, who just manages to outspeed everyone and fire off a Thunder Wave at Scraggy. It burns the air as it speeds towards Scraggy, but doesn't give Scraggy quite enough time to dodge, meaning that he ends up paralysed for a while (7 Energy). This means that Pawpa the Teddiursa can move next, and he takes the opportunity to begins a Swords Dance around the clearing, sharpening his claws and boosting his attacking prowess for the beginning of the battle (7 Energy). Next up is Togepi, who now begins to Yawn at Noodles, and it seems to be catching because suddenly Noodles starts to Yawn as well, and it looks like it will fall asleep in not very long (7 Energy). Finally, Scraggy finally manages to move after being hit by the paralysis, and begins to Taunt Pawpa from across the clearing, inciting such a rage in Pawpa that he can no longer do anything but attack for a while (10 Energy).

Next, Noodles stops throwing his little sparks around and starts instead to Leer impressively over at the other side of the area, and despite aiming at Togepi it also impresses Scraggy so much that both of them have their defences lowered for some time because of the ferocity of the Glare (4 Energy). Next, Pawpa jumps in to Close Combat with Scraggy, bashing it around from up close as hard as it can, dropping its guard for some time but doing a huge amount of damage to him (8 Energy, 23 Damage). Next, Togepi begins to Charm Pawpa, not even troubled by the Leer from before, and leaving Pawpa's attack back where it should have been (6 Energy). Finally, Scraggy draws all of his energy into his fist and delivers a devastating Drain Punch into Pawpa's body, draining energy from him through his fist and hurting him quite badly, leaving things a lot more even (8 Energy, 23 Damage).

For his last action of the round, Noodles decides to finally actually attack his opponents, jumping into the pond and directing a huge torrent of water at Scraggy, although the plan of waking up in the water does not really work, because the water in this hot rainforest is so warm. The Waterfall comes down hard on Scraggy, swamping him with water (6 Energy, 11 Damage). Next, Pawpa attacks Togepi in Close Combat once more (12 Energy, 20 Damage). Next is Togepi, who also finally decides to attack and lets off a huge Psyshock at Noodles, which blows him back with Psychic energy (6 Energy, 11 Damage). Finally Scraggy jumps up high and moves down towards Pawpa again to hit him with a Hi Jump Kick, but unfortunately he misses his target and as a result keeps going and crashes (7 Energy, 5 Recoil). This means the round is over, and we now wait for Crux to issue his instructions.

OK, good job guys!

Noodles, Twister to create an enormous ruckus and debris This should wake you up due to the sheer enormity of the sound. Then Dragon Dance to boost your power and speed and then hit Scraggy with Dragon Rush.
Pawpa, In the event that Scraggy survives this onslaught, Close Combat it to finish it. Then Close Combat Scraggy or Togepi depending on whether or not Scraggy is alive, Close Combat Scraggy or Togepi depending on whether or not Scraggy is alive again.

So, in summary, Dratini Twister~Dragon Dance~Dragon Rush Scraggy. Pawpa Close Combat Scraggy (if it survives, else Close Combat Togepi)~Close Combat Scraggy (if it survives, else Close Combat Togepi)~Close Combat Scraggy (if it survives, else Close Combat Togepi).

Let's finish this guys!

if i'm trying to destroy something, but am really tired, i stay tired :S

Scraggy: Let's go ahead and Counter the first Close Combat and use Drain Punch on the second and third to have fun with his soon to be horrible defense stats

Togepi: This is gonna be slightly more complex, just because of the uncertainty of sleep, despite my clear bias. Let's start out by using Morning Sun, there should be enough open space to take advantage of this since we seem to be near the lake. Follow that up with another Psychoshock, but this time on Pawpa and use Extrasensory on him to finish the round.

Ok, so if Dratini is awake for the second action, from a short ass sleep or something, let's Encore the Dragon Dance and follow that up with a Charm, while Scraggy keeps doing his thing.

We come back to only the second round, but already a lot has happened. For one thing, Noodles only has one more turn before it falls asleep, and in it it decides to let loose a giant Twister at nowhere in particular, and because it doesn't go anywhere, it hits him super effectively, but it does stop him going to sleep (2 Energy, 11 Damage). In the meantime, Pawpa hits Scraggy in Close Combat once again, further destroying its defences in exchange for once again doing a number to Scraggy (16 Energy, 20 Damage). However, Scraggy then Counters the blow, knocking Pawpa back a long way using his own momentum and the force of the previous attack (13 Energy, 30 Damage). Finally, Togepi uses the Morning Sun to restore its health (15 Energy, 25 HP Restored).

Next, Pawpa looses yet another Close Combat at Scraggy, now hurting both because of the energy cost of these repeated attacks (20 Energy, 20 Damage). Dratini follows up the attack by boosting his potential in a powerful Dragon Dance, which boosts his attacking prowess and speed in a single move, leaving him looking very dangerous (6 Energy)... until the tiny Togepi walks up and demands an Encore in such a sweet manner that it can't help continuing to flop around the arena, continuing his dance (10 Energy). Last, but certainly not least, Scraggy hits Pawpa with another devastating Drain Punch. It hits him terribly hard because of his lowered defences from before, and leaves Pawpa looking in very paw poor shape (7 Energy, 26 Damage, 13 Healing).

For his last action before he probably gets knocked out next round, Pawpa lets off one more Close Combat, almost exhausting itself of energy, and badly hurting Scraggy once more before the round ends (24 Energy, 20 Damage). Then, finally, and as Dratini flops along beside him helplessly (10 Energy), Scraggy now takes the opportunity to deliver one final Drain Punch to Pawpa, knocking him out completely and leaving the match skewed heavily in GK's favour (11 Energy, 11 Damage, 6 Healing). Finally, this only leaves Togepi to try to decipher gk's utterly incomprehensible instructions to decide to try to Charm Dratini, which works very well, and leaves him with lowered attacking stats (6 Energy). It also leaves the round over, so it is now gk's turn to post instructions.

cool

ok, let's try to end this

Scraggy: use Taunt on Noodles, which will be convenient since the Encore ends like right before that lol. Then go ahead and use Drain Punch to hopefully not die. Finish up with one Ice Punch, since it's super effective i guess

Togepi: Let's go ahead and Charm one more time, since Dratini is gonna be stuck dancing like a fool. We can follow that up with back to back Psychoshocks

And so we come back to the third round, and already one Pokemon has been knocked out. Pawpa is lying on the side of the clearing out cold, and leaves only Noodles to try to continue the fight. However, at the moment, Noodles is stil stuck in his strange Dragon Dance, once more trying to boost his Attack and Speed for later, and fortunately this is the last turn he will be forced to do so (6 Energy). However, Scraggy and Togepi are able to use very bad attacks for Noodles, and they take advantage of the respite to Taunt and Charm him respectively, which means that he ends up unable not to attack, but also unable to attack too efectively (10 Energy) (6 Energy).

Next, with his obscenely boosted speed, Dratini easily outpseeds the other two and moves quickly at Scraggy in a Dragon Rush, pelting down the field at him and eventually hitting him so hard that he flinches, unable to move (6 Energy, 13 Damage). This leaves only Togepi, who hits him with another Psyshock as before, launching a psychic attack at him from behind (6 Energy, 11 Damage).

Finally, as Noodles fails to let off an attack due to the Taunt, the other two finally move up to attack together, Scraggy hitting him with an Ice Punch and Togepi with a Psyshock, together hitting him very hard, even if the attacks don't really combine in any way (6 Energy, 19 Damage) (10 Energy, 11 Damage). This leaves the round over, and probably only one is left. Good luck going in to the last round!

Wrap Togepi, holding it between yourself and Scraggy so that any attacks aimed at you will hit Togepi. Fire 2 consecutive Fire Blasts at Scraggy without letting go of your meat shield. If Togepi attempts to attack you, squeeze it harder and redirect its attack at Scraggy, if Scraggy attempts to attack you position Togepi in such a way that it will take the attack, not you.

we need to chill anyways

Scraggy: Use Sand Attack to help Togepi get free maybe, ionno, and follow that up with a chill. Finish up with an ice punch i guess. We'll have to use the opening when he attacks us, it's just a good thing this needs focus etc

Togepi: We're finishing with you, hopefully. Let's use Extrasensory to Psychoshock to Extrasensory. The idea is that we get to abuse special attacks while wrapped, very complex

And so we come back to what is probably the final round of the competition. Noodles is on his last legs, and the other two are closing in, ready to finish the match. Noodles, however, easily outspeeds the other two and Wraps himself around Togepi, shielding himself by gripping Togepi in front of him (3 Energy, 5 Damage). Then, Scraggy tries to help his teammate by delivering a Sand Attack at Noodles, but Noodles waves his shield around in front of him, scattering the sand and rendering the attack useless (3 Energy). However, Togepi launches an Extrasensory attack at Scraggy from up close, which hurts Dratini badly despite it trying to move Togepi away for a bit, even while not quite knocking him out, and in fact it hits so hard that Dratini flinches, and lets go of Togepi (6 Energy, 10 Damage).

Then, Dratini, on his last legs, fires off a colossal Fire Blast at Scraggy, almost knocking it out with the force of the blow (8 Energy, 12 Damage). However, it gives Togepi the chance to launch another Psyshock at Dratini, leaving it within range of almost any knockout blow (6 Energy, 11 Damage). Meanwhile, Scraggy just Chills for some reason, getting back some energy.

Next, Dratini, somehow still alive after his opponent's actions before, lets out another Fire Blast at Scraggy, finally knocking him out cold thanks to the force of the continued blows (12 Energy, 12 Damage). This leaves only Togepi, who lands one final Extrasensory attack on Noodles to finally knock it out as well, leaving only Togepi on the field (6 Energy, 10 Damage). This means that GoldenKnight Wins! gg and wp to all, and prizes for everyone! I'll post them below.
