Cofagrigus

potential sets:
-bulky spinblocker
-tr support
-offensive np tr
-rest cm

[Overview]

Cofagrigus is one of the few Ghost-types available in UU, and although it is often overlooked in favor of the faster and more powerful Mismagius or the bulkier Eviolite Dusclops, it brings certain qualities to the table that no other Ghost-type can. Cofagrigus's immense defenses allow it to serve as one of the most reliable spinblockers in the tier, and its decent Special Attack stat ensure that it is by far more offensively capable than Dusclops. This versatility makes Cofagrigus both an offensive and defensive threat, enabling it to fulfill a variety of roles depending on what your team needs. With the proper support, Cofagrigus can outshine its more popular Ghost-type cousins and play a valuable part on virtually any team because of its wide range of capabilities.

The sex.

this thing doesnt get sleep talk since its not a tm anymore. that set would actually be a good set if it worked lik e that though

I've actually had a lot of success with a Defensive TR Calm Mind Variant. Max Def / HP with Calm Mind to boost Special Defenses and Special Attack at the same time makes it near impenetrable bar status. Shadow Ball and HP Fighting can be used for coverage, but I like to run Toxic instead of HP Fighting to own walls.

Edit: Pain Split is also an option for pseudo-recovery.

rest is actually probably better, because they will practically never get past his defenses after 2 cms, and it removes status.

the most common boosting mon i can see coming in and screwing this up is weavile cause +2 or +4 weavile will sweep whole teams

ok

to avoid making this outclassed by dusclops, make the main sets CM and offensive trick room. as a plain spinblocker, it's outclassed by dusclops due to the sheer bulk that it possesses with eviolite as well as sleep talk.

mention power split in OO, as well as disable and haze.

that seems to be it.

Momento could be an okay OO mention, but generally speaking, self-KOing your spin-blocker is something you would want to avoid (froslass is a bit different case because it's not really bulky, and even then, Froslass sets are becoming bulkier/less suicidal).
