SKORUPI BATTLE LET'S DO THIS

intronaut use bulk up, but if you get taunted use rock slide instead. then use rock slide, and follow up with a slash on murkrow.

agalloch you can taunt skorupi and hopefully you win the speed tie. then, if you get taunted, poison tail and x-scissor murkrow; if not, use swords dance and then x-scissor murkrow.

We welcome you all to this doubles battle in the Smoke Factory, but god knows who would chose to battle here. I can hardly even see the participants through the smoke but both trainers do release a Skorupi, and neither of them seem bothered by the smoke. However both it seems only Intronaut the Teddiursa is bothered by it.

Yacho opens us up in this battle with a beautiful Featherdance. The act covers Intronaut in his black feathers and lowers his attack sharply. Next up Sasori is able to win the first of many Skorupi speed ties, and manages to set up a Substitute to take damage for her. Agalloch is then reserved to Taunting Sasori while she hides behind the doll. The teasing still effects her, but it might be too late given the sub is already up. Intronaut rounds us out by Bulking Up, getting back some of his attacking prowess and also buffing his defences. He seems set for whats to come.

Yacho leads us off once again by developing a strange glow, no doubt preparing to unleash something devastating. We will have to wait to see about that though. Sasori once again beats her fellow scorpion to the punch, and hits Intronaut critically with a Cross Poison attack. Her Sniper ability helped out there too. Agalloch now uses a dance of his own, but this one greatly boosts his own attack. Intronaut then tries to disrupt Yacho's coming attack, by using some of the industrial debris around to hurl a Rock Slide at both of them. The attack fails to flinch the bird but does do some very nice damage to both opponents. Yacho finally looks ready to unleash his power, and hits Intronaut very hard with a glowing Sky Attack!

Somehow Yacho is quickly able to recover his witts, and hit Intronaut with his Hidden Power for magically super effective damage, and another critical hit. That one hurt. Agalloch now finally gets the jump on Sasori, and slashes at Yacho with an X-Scissor, greatly boosted by his prior dance. Sasori then bites down on Intronaut with her bug fangs, and finally Intronaut tries to hit Yacho hard again, but he is still rocked by the prior hard hit and just flinches instead!.

Now at the conclusion of three actions Intronaut's nondescript typing allows him to adapt to the smoke, and return his attacks to their usual accuracy. Now no one is bothered by the smoke, how boring.

Umm two things:

1. Sasori still has a 21 HP Substitute?
2. The smoke counts as a darkened condition, which means Dark-type Pokemon don't suffer from the drop.
 
Ok, after some clarifications the above round has been edited.

As a Dark type Yacho is also unaffected by the smoke, which means his Sky Attack not only hit, but caused Intronaut to flinch for his last action.

Yacho starts off the second round by once again trying to unleash his strongest attack. We all know what the glowing means by now but the question is whether or not anyone will be able to stop it. Sasori begins the round in typical fashion, once again winning the speed tie and hitting Intronaut with a Cross Poison. This one doesn't crit but it still leaves the bear with little HP remaining. Agallock turns his attention to the glowing bird, and hits him hard with an X-Scissor. Despite the heavy damage Yacho is still concentrating enough to maintain his glow. Intronaut makes a last ditch effort to disrupt the Murkrow, hurling another Rock Slide onto the opposition team. Yacho again takes good damage, but he manages to avoid flinching, meanwhile the rocks miss Sasori altogether. Finally Yacho is able to unleash the attack, and with nothing preventing him from hitting with his Sky Attack he is able to do more huge damage to Intronaut.

Feeling that the teddy bear is well and truly dealt with Yacho turns his attention to the opposition Skorupi. He breaks into a Featherdance that completely undoes the boosts from Agalloch's previous Swords Dance, bringing his attacks down to their normal strength. Sasori then takes the opportunity to reap the rewards of Yacho's hard work, and finishes off Intronaut with a Bug Bite. Not that it mattered, but he was too bust flinching from the Sky Attack to do anything this round anyway. Agalloch rounds us out by jabbing one of his sharp claws into a pressure point on his body. In fact he managed to find the right spot with his Accupressure, and his defence rises by two stages!

Yacho once again prepares to dive down hard on the foe, while Sasori wins another speed tie. Unfortunately Agalloch's defence boosts mean that her Crunch does minimal damage. Agallock quickly responds with another X-Scissor on the Murkrow, but the hit isn't enough to save him from the incoming Sky Attack. His defence boosts only acted to somewhat reduce the damage from the super effective attack, and he is in fact hit so hard that he begins to flinch and will be useless next round.

Yacho, start with another Sky Attack. Then, put yourself just outside of KO range with another FeatherDance, followed by yet another Sky Attack. Let's see how many flinches we can nab this round.

Sasori, Crunch at your opponent, followed by a Acupressure then another Leer. Yay for permanent -1 drops.

Yacho again kicks out this round by glowing intensely. Hey, if it ain't broke then don't fix it. Agalloch meanwhile is too busy recovering from the last hit he took so he does nothing of note. Sasori again Crunches down on Agalloch, and the hit again does minimal damage. However it does cause the poor little Skorupi's defence to fall. That leaves him even more open to Yacho's Sky Attack, which once again causes him to flinch!

Yacho really doesn't like changing tactic and sticks with one of the measly 3 moves he has used this match, using another Featherdance on Agalloch to render is offence more or less moot. And just to rub salt in the wound Agalloch actually wins a speed tie when he's totally useless and once again flinching. Sasori takes the chance now that her Taunt has ended, and usues Accupressure on herself. Unfortunately it isn't quite as Agalloch's earlier use of the same move, because it boosts Sasori's near useless Special Defence stat.

Yacho does not let up for the final action of this round, preparing for yet another Sky Attack. While he is doing this Agalloch finally gets to attack, but thanks to his serverely weakened attacking stat the Night Slash barely scratches Sasori's still upright substitute. Sasori decides to bring Agalloch's defence all the way down to normal, with a Leer. This is just what Yacho needed, as the next Sky Attack he unleashes hit critically and does just enough to knock Agalloch out. If that wasn't enough the hit would have once again make him flinch anyway. That's just rude.
