Rising_Dusk is battling!! His opponent is loudkirbyking! (2v2 Doubles) Ref: FireBlast

Not open for further replies.
Still need a ref for this, if anyone's in the mood for a little creativity.

Also, sending out a second challenge.

2 vs. 2 doubles
2 recovers, 5 chills
2 day DQ for players, 3 for ref
Arena: 3DS touchscreen.

That's right, a giant, working 3DS is our battlefield of the day. The 3D was recently upgraded so that whatever game was playing in the background would end up being our arena. Stick in Street Fighter, and now you're fighting with Ryu. Stick in Ridge Racer, and hit the road. You can even use DS games for the same purpose. So, kick back, play some games, and beat each other up.
I'll accept this, though I'm hoping the arena isn't too crazy and that the ref doesn't make Ryu Hadouken someone or whatever, lol. I'd prefer it to just be an otherwise normal doubles battle! Anyway...

Switch: OK (Not that it matters!)

Abilities: None

Now looking for a ref!

loudkirbyking walked out of the store, holding his brand new 3DS. After waiting for months, and months to get it was finally announced that the 3DS would be released tommorow. He waited in line all night, and then finally got it. As he walked back home, he saw someone walking behind him. He turned around, and there was Rising_Dusk, raging at something. Curious about what was happening, he turned around and there was Rising_Dusk, walking out of the store. He notcied that his hands were empty, and he had not bought anything from the store. loudkirbyking asked him what was wrong, and it turned out that Rising_Dusk had not been able to get a 3DS. loudkirbyking had gotten the last one. Rising_Dusk started to rage even more, and eventually got so mad that he challenged loudkirbyking to a battle. Relluctantly, he reached into his pocket, to take out his pokeballs. However, the 3DS dropped to the ground, and then a flash came out. Both trainers were sucked into the 3DS, as the their pokemon flashed out.

Remeber to equip items.

...The fairness of this match, I'm calling the jury on... Poor Drifloon...

Courage! Don't give up yet, buddy. Start the party with a Torment on Roselia! Then, Metal Burst right onto that Dusknoir! Finally, be an epic guardian and Psycho Cut Roselia!

Torment Roselia - Metal Burst Dusknoir - Psycho Cut Roselia

Inspration! These guys like status', don't they? Shall we return fire? Thunder Wave that Roselia so you're fastest! Then, Will-o-wisp that Dusknoir! Finally, we're going to need to fly defensive. Use Gust to blow the powder and the poison toxic gas headed towards you away! After all, the toxic is just some nasty gas, so it should be gone with the wind, right? If not, then just Hypnosis the Dusknoir...

Thunder Wave Roselia - Will-o-wisp Dusknoir - Defensive gust to blow Toxic and Stun Spore away. If Gust won't block Toxic for some reason(It's a gas for all sake), then Hypnosis Dusknoir.

Round 1:

With both participants stuck in the 3DS, they started to get worried. However, the pokemon battle managed to capture their thoughts. Rising_Dusk decided to send out Budew and Dusclops. On release, both pokemon instantly began to glow. Simultaneously, their atoms split apart, and created a new pokemon! They had evolved in to Roselia and Dusknior loudkirbyking sent out Bisharp and Drifloon. Roselia, the quickest among the group, decided to start off with a Sleep Powder. She sent small spores flying at Bisharp, and on contact he fell asleep, unable to do anything. As Bisharp lay their asleep, Drifloon sent a wave of thunder at Roselia, paralyzing her. Dusknoir used his telekinesis powers to levitate Bisharp into the air, leaving him stuck there and helpless.

Once again, Bisharp was asleep, so Drifloon decided to use her ghostly flames to send a Will-O-Wisp at Dusknoir, burning him. Since Bisharp was levitating in the air, it was easy for Dusknior to hit him hard with a DynamicPunch. The punch was so hard that it even knocked Bisharp into a confusion. Roselia attempted to send seeds at Bisharp, in order to drain his HP, but she was paralyzed and could not move.

Bisharp, now awake, used his psychic powers to cut Roselia. His focus and determination worked well against the poison plant, and it did much damage. Then, Roselia sent a spore at Bisharp, aimed at stunning him, while Dusknior sent a toxic gas at Drifloon. Drifloon created a light gust, attempting to blow both away, but the weak nature of the gust only allowed it to blow away the spores. The toxic hit Drifloon, poisoning her.a

Well, that coulda gone better. Shows what I get for basing things on Powder missing... Oh well, live and learn.

Okay, Courage time to rock! Let's start this party off by Tormenting that Roselia! Take her candy or something, I don't care. Next, time to unload the big guns. Psycho Cut Roselia! Should do a good number of damage, especially with that nasty high attack of yours. Finally, get the party going with Night Slashing that Dusknoir! Should that Dusknoir try and pull a fast Counter on you, then replace that last action with another Psycho Cut to Roselia!

Torment Roselia - Psycho Cut Roselia - Night Slash Dusknoir. If he counters, replace Night Slash with Psycho Cutting Roselia.

Round 2:

Bisharp decided to start the round by trying to Torment Roselia. However, Bisharp is much to confused, and hits himself in confusion. Then, Drifloon stares into Roselia's eyes, and attempts to Hypnotize her. However, he misses, and instead just hypnotizes the side of the 3DS. Then, Dusknoir decideds to turn the room upside down, using Trick Room. Now, the faster pokemon are slower than the slower pokemon! This is confusing. Roselia decides to start whistling, and the magic properties of grass cause Bisharp to fall asleep! Looks like he will be snoozing some more.

The DS then begins to shake. The ground on which the pokemon are standing begins to change, and soon they are standing in Pictochat! The change in arenas is so distracting that all pokemon focus on it, losing 15% accuracy on their moves. Roselia, now much faster, starts by using Venoshock. The toxins react with the toxic already in place, and cause much damage to Drifloon. Then Dusknior Imprisons three moves on Drifloon, so they cannot be used against him. Bisharp is asleep once again, and Drifloon is too distracted with the arena change to use Hypnosis. Looks like Rising_Dusk has gained an advantage!

Roselia fires some Leech Seeds at Bisharp, and they immediately begin draining his health, passing it to Roselia. Then, Dusknior curses Drifloon with a Hex. The ghost-type move also uses the toxins in Drfiloon's body to become stronger, and the curse eats Drifloon. Bisahrp fires a Night Slash at Dusknoir, doing Super effective damage. Dusknior eats a bit of his Enigma berry, healing back some HP. Drifloon finally manages to Hypnotize Dusknoir, and he falls into a deep sleep. Then, all pokemon notice the keyboard of Pictochat on their arena. For 5 extra energy for both pokemon, they may together use 1 action to pick up the stylus, and type a move that is 6 letters or less. They may then use the move.

Courage be awesome. Stay awake through the power of return hax(Since if I get sleeped three times after missing twice, I will slap the hax gods with more trouts then the world can provide). Inspiration! Time to be awesome. Gust that nasty Sleep Powder away. Then, while your pal is guarding you from that nasty Venoshock, Pull a Shadow Ball onto Roselia. Finally, since TR is in effect, that Sludge Bomb should hit your pal Courage. After that, you two work together and cause a Taunt on Dusknoir!

Inside Pictochat, the pokemon faced off. Roselia, the fastest in this messed up room, fired a Sleep Powder at Bisharp. HOwever, Drifloon creates another Gust, blowing away all of the powder. Dusknoir is still asleep from last round's Hypnosis, and continues to sleep. Bisharp uses his head of iron to whack into Roselia, doing some damage. As Dusknior continues to sleep, Roselia sends another Venoshock at Drifloon, that once again uses the toxins in Drifloon to do extra damage. Bisharp attempts to bodyblock Drifloon, but he is too slow. Drifloon fires a Shadow Ball at Roselia, doing quite a bit of damage. Then, Roselia uses Sludge Bomb, and puts Drifloon at such low HP that he decides to eat his Oran Berry, restoring just enough energy for him to survive Dusknoir's Hex. Then, Drifloon and Bisahr work together, picking up the stylus, and together, type the word T-A-U-N-T into the DS. Dusknior's miind is immediately altered, and he now believes that he was Taunted. All he wants to do is attack his mean opponents! But then, the toxins in Drifloon finally reach him, and he faints, unable to bear the pain. The DS beings to rumble, and the arena dissipates. All 3 pokemon wonder what the next arena might be like.

In the limbo between games, both pokemon continued to battle.

Roselia, the fasted in this twisted room, started with yet another swift Sleep Powder, immediately sending Bisharp into dream land. As he slept, Dusknior create a Night Shade to hit him, and do a solid 10 damage. Then, Dusknoir snuck into the shadows, and whacked into Bisharp, doing quite frankly, minimal damage. Roselia sent more seeds at Bisharp, hoping to leech his health. Bisharp set up an Iron Defense so that he could survive attacks much better. Then, Roselia decided to Chill for a while, getting back some energy. Dusknoir created another Night Shade and Bisharp went Psycho and decided to Cut Roselia, doing much damage. Then, suddenly, the DS began to shake once more. Someone was inserting a game. You watched as the colors and pixels changed around you, and you entered Pokemon White! As you looked around, you were in the Battle Subway, watching players battle it out with Ingo and Emmet. Then, between battles, Ingo and Emmet notcied Rising_Dusk. It was their boss! Immediately, the left the player they were battling (Its_A_Random) and went to meet Rising_Dusk. Rising_Dusk explained how he was in a battle with loudkirbyking, and Ingo and Emmet decided to help. They called their staff to bring them 2 random pokemon from the storage. He held out a pokeball to both trainers, saying that they could use the pokemon for 1 action.

Courage! Uh... RUUUUN! Coming at you should be a CB and LS. What I need you to do, since TR will make them so much faster, is... Okay, time to get some guts. Stand your ground! Metal Burst! Then, both us and them will be weaker. Time to get the heck outta there! Nah, not really. Smash that Dusknoir with a Torment! Finally, Sucker punch it!

Round 5:

Dusknoir sswiftly started the round with a Charge Beam. He sent sparks at Bisharp, zapping him, and boosting hit mind power. Roselia decided to give it her all, and create a Leaf Storm to damage Bisharp severly. Their new partner, Dewoot, finished off Bisharp with a Brine, giving Rising_Duks the win. He took Lkk's 3DS, and walked away. Lkk watched in despair as Rising_Dusk beat Emmet for the second time.
