Some notes: I reffed Evasive Agility as I always have, 50% chance of success with no speed boost. (I mentioned this in discussion in the SOtG thread last week for proof). I didn't see any way that moving fast would avoid the effect of Encore however.

Alright, that's pretty fair. But Encore is over now, yes? Loch, we gotta stop these shenanigans. Use Flamethrower to dispell the clones. If at all possible, spread it out to hit them all, even if it lessens the damage caused to the real one. Then follow up with Thunder Wave so we have the speed advantage. Then finish up with Ice Beam

Ref note: I have never allowed a single target move to be "spread out" to dissapate clones, sorry mate. Only whole field or guaranteed hit attacks make sure that you can get rid of them in one hit.

Skiploom is grass/flying. Maybe I'm missing it, but it looks like the 1.5 SE multiplier is only in there once with Ice Beam. It should be twice, right?
