I challenge DarkSlay!

One of those practice battles that have become popular
3v3 Doubles
2/5 Chill/Recover
2 Day DQ

Arena: ...I am so bad with coming up with arenas. How about this: a field. There are some trees off to one side, and a lake on the other. The center area is mostly flat. Basically, anything is allowed.

Challenge accepted!

Here's to a nice, friendly play time for our Pokemon. :)

Go, Blanka and Gatorade!

OK, lets have some fun.

Oddity: Water Spout (Both Opponents) - Acid Spray (Croconaw) - Charge Beam (Croconaw)

Round 1
We start off with a nice match up, with a slight advantage going towards Darkslay because his pokemon are evolved, but you never know, Jas isn't a pushover at all. Croconaw decides to begin by digging underground and pops back up under Remoraid causing some damage. Remoraid doesn't fraid away though, and uses Water Spout to damage both of DarkSlay's pokemon, while Ledyba decides to help out on the defence with a Light Screen, and Eelektrik fires of a Charge beam which gets blocked by the Light screen so only a watered down version manages to hit Remoraid.

Next Croconaw delievers a powerful Ice Punch to Ledyba for some serious damage, while Remoraid continues his offencive strikes with a Acid Spray at Croconaw. Ledyba sets up Reflect to help block those physical attacks as well. Eelectrik attempts an Acid Spray as well with little success.

Croconaw smacks Ledyba with a second Ice Punch not doing as much as the first time, while Remoraid hits Croconaw with a Charge Beam. Ledyba hits Eelectrik with a Glob of Toxic to begin withering it down slowly, and Eelectrik ends the round off with a Thunderbolt to Remoraid.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, I had to leave and do a lot of other things about half way into this so I kind of lost my train of though, so the calcs maybe wrong.

Well, Lucas does not have too much else to do right now, so just go for some attacks all around.

Oddity: Acid Spray (Croconaw) - Charge Beam (Croconaw) - Charge Beam (Croconaw)

Lucas: Silver Wind (Croconaw) - Supersonic (Eelectrik) - Silver Wind (Eelectrik)

I don't like Screens. Let's do something about that, shall we?

Gatorade:
Brick Break (Remoraid) -> Dig (Remoraid) -> Dig (Remoraid)
IF (
Remoraid faints the action before your turn), THEN (Replace that move with Ice Punch (Ledyba))

Eelektrik:
Charge Beam (Remoraid) -> Thunderbolt (Remoraid) -> Thunderbolt (Remoraid)
IF (
Remoraid faints before your action), THEN (Redirect all attacks to Ledyba)

(Zeo, can you do me a favor and just tell me who got the KO? Wasn't very sure.)

Good job guys! Let's go ahead and pile on the damage then.

Gatorade:
Ice Punch (Ledyba) -> Waterfall (Ledyba) -> Ice Punch
IF (
Reflect is used), THEN (Use Brick Break (Bagon))

Blanka:
Thunder Wave (Bagon) -> Thunderbolt (Ledyba) -> Charge Beam (Ledyba)
IF (
You are forced to use Thunder Wave more than once), THEN (Shift the second Thunder Wave to Ledyba)

Hey, I just noticed, in the last action of the first round Ledyba used Toxic on Eelectrik, but it does not say it is poisoned, or look like it has taken poison damage. I believe that means it should have taken 6 more damage from last round, or something like that.

OK, Lucas, lets Bide our time. If there are no crits I think you can pull off a KO here.
Roosevelt, just attack Croconaw.

Lucas: Bide - Store Energy - Release (Eelectrik)

Roosevelt: Dragon Pulse (Croconaw) - Headbutt (Croconaw) - Dragon Pulse (Croconaw)
