A crowd starts to gather in the ASB arena as a heated battle is about to begin. Both Terrador and Fire Blast step onto the arena, and simultaneously release their Pokemon. Terrador sends out Adrian, his Abra, while Fire Blast sends out his Bronzor, which lacks a nickname but has a gender to compensate. Instantly and unexpectedly, both Pokemon double! The clones of each Pokemon are extremely convincing -- it seems as though there is no way to discern which of each pair is the real one. Oh well, I guess this is now a doubles match!
| ![]() Abra #1 (Adrian) M | Abra #2 (Adrian) M HP: 80 | HP: 80 Energy: 100 | Energy: 100 Status: None | Status: None Other: None | Other: None | ![]() Bronzor #1 F? | Bronzor #2 F? HP: 90 | HP: 90 Energy: 100 | Energy: 100 Status: None | Status: None Other: None | Other: None Abra #2 starts out by Protecting itself, while Abra #1 sets up a Reflect to guard them both. It appears that Terrador will be playing this defensively. Each Bronzor attempt to unleash a Payback on Abra #2, but with all the defensive barriers surrounding it, the attacks fail to work! Abra #2 then Teleports far away (like a proper Abra!) to avoid the Bronzor, while Abra #1 summons a ball of electricity and shoots a Zap Cannon at Bronzor #1. The attacks connects, mostly due to Bronzor's lack of evasion and Abra's insanely high accuracy boost, paralyzing Bronzor #1. This does not stop the Bronzor pair from trying to get Payback, but Abra #2 is too far away for them to hit! Abra #2 Protects itself again and Abra #1 launches a second Zap Cannon on Bronzor #2, paralyzing it. Both Bronzor sluggishly float over towards Abra #2 and attempt to get Payback for a third time, but are once again unable to... Both Bronzor are paralyzed and have used a significant amount of energy, while the pair of Abra is unscathed due to their tricky defenses... however, they have both used up much of their energy as well, especially Abra #2. | ![]() Abra #1 (Adrian) M | Abra #2 (Adrian) M HP: 80 | HP: 80 Energy: 71 | Energy: 53 Status: None | Status: None Other: Reflect (3 actions) | Other: Reflect (3 actions) | ![]() Bronzor #1 F? | Bronzor #2 F? Abra 1: Shadow Ball (Bronzor 1) ~ Zap Cannon (Bronzor 1) ~ Shadow Ball (Bronzor 1)
IF either Bronzor uses Confuse Ray on you, THEN Teleport away on that action and use Zap Cannon (Bronzor 1) ~ Shadow Ball (Bronzor 1) for your remaining actions. Abra 2: Zap Cannon (Bronzor 2) ~ Shadow Ball (Bronzor 2) ~ Zap Cannon (Bronzor 2) IF either Bronzor uses Confuse Ray on you, THEN Teleport away on that action and use Zap Cannon (Bronzor 2) ~ Shadow Ball (Bronzor 2) for your remaining actions. |

Abra #2 used just enough energy with its combination to faint itself put just not enough power to faint Bronzor #1, leaving it with 1 HP. On action 3 Bronzor #2 targeted Abra #1 instead due to the substitution, fainting it. Abra #1 was the real Abra, while Bronzor #2 was the real Bronzor. gg guys. | ![]() Abra #1 (Adrian) M | Abra #2 (Adrian) M HP: KO | HP: KO Energy: KO | Energy: KO Status: None | Status: None Other: None | Other: None | ![]() Bronzor #1 F? | Bronzor #2 F?
