Psychic: Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic attacks regardless of weight difference. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

Fighting: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions of throwing/grappling moves. Superior reaction time in close quarters.

Steadfast: (Innate) If this Pokemon is flinched, it becomes aware of the speed difference and increases speed by one (1) stage to make up the difference. This speed boost is maintained at the end of each round.

Justified (DW-UNLOCKED): (Innate) This Pokemon's body reacts to dark energy, invigorating its passions. When hit by a Dark-type move, the Pokemon's attack will increase one (1) stage. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts.

The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again.

Prankster: (Innate) The Pokemon is always prepared for engaging in sneaky tactics and trickery, giving its non-damaging attacks an increase in priority level.

(e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Kaxtar, your Tomohawk missed the update from Scrappy to Intimidate in evolution it seems. I've fixed it here but you might want to edit your profile accordingly.

Good luck!

Well my team is rather obvious. So I will be using Bozzy and Lynchies. However bozzy will be evolving.

We jump right out of the blocks in this doubles battle in the dojo with an evolution! That's right folks, the minute Bozzy was released from his Pokeball he started glowing with a white light and evolved into a Golbat! He is quickly joined by his partner in crime, Lynchies the Hitmonchan. These two look like they have been in cahoots for generations (5 to be exact). Meanwhile the dojo regulars in Chinook the Tomohawk and Demi Gravidon the Gallade just wander in comparitively low key. However the minute Chinook gets onto the dojo mats she spreads her wings and released a fearsome cry, severely Intimidating her opponents, and seemingly spurring on Gallade.

Business is indeed on the cards, and despite their advantages in attacking prowess Chinook decides the first order of business should be defence. To this end she makes use of her inner Prankster to erect a Reflect in front of herself and her team mate before any blows can be struck. Demi Gravidon is also going defensive, setting up a Substitute to take the incoming blows for him. Lynchies acts in typical Hitmonchan fashion, and after a little bit of Shadow Boxing he launches at Chinook with an Iron Fist boosted ThunderPunch! Unfortunately the combination of Reflect and Intimidate definitely makes Chinook bulky on the physical side, and the move does much less damage than Lynchies anticipated. Bozzy rounds out our initial actions, as he is unusually slow for a Golbat, and attempts to poison Gallade with some Toxic vapours. Unfortunately for him they only come in contact with the substitute, and you can't poison an inanimate object.

Action numero dos sees Chinook once again take the initiate with a non attacking move. This time the shaman of the skies summons up her mystical energy to cause rain to start falling all over the dojo. Being only a light construct, the dojo is unable to provide much protection from this harsh weather and everything is getting all wet! Demi meanwhile focuses hard on the inner workings of Lynchies' mind, and in a move more suited to his sister species rocks him with a Psychic attack. Lynchies again lines up Chinook with a punch, but this Ice one is no more effective than the Thunder from before. Last but not lease Bozzy takes to the skies, flying up out one side of the dojo and back into the other, striking Chinook for decent damage on the way back in.

Demi Gravidon decides its time to bring out the big guns, as his arm blades glow a bright pink before he slashes at Lynchies with his trademark Psycho Cut! Chinook also decides to ravage the fighting type with one of her pet attacks, as she uses the volatile environment brought about by the rain storm to call a Hurricane down on Lynchies for more huge damage. Bozzy also decides to show off his control of air currents, but unfortunately the Air Cutter is nowhere near as effective. He shoots a slice of air from each wing aimed at each opponent, but one misses Chinook completely while the other only does minor damage to Gallade's substitute. Lynchies, who was previously biding his time and waiting for his chance, is able to channel the damage that Demi inflicted on him and Counter it right back (and then some). Unfortunately the Gallade had a substitute set up just for this, and while it now finally breaks into pieces the clever Blade Pokemon is able to avoid the bulk of what could have been huge damage. Lynchies meanwhile, isn't looking so healthy.

I did edit my orders within the 10-minute grace period, so no one, not even a Mod, can see the original post. But I can vouch that my original orders were Substitute~Psychic~Psycho Cut. I assumed that my new orders would deal more damage, but you started to ref right before I changed those actions, and therefore reffed with the old actions. I really don't want you to have to re-do a round of reffing, as that is not fair to you. My proposed solution is that we stick with the reffing Deadfox already did, and proceed from there.

Gallade: Psychic Hitmonchan~Psycho Cut Golbat~Ice Punch Golbat

IF Hitmonchan Detects on Action 1, THEN use Psycho Cut on Golbat Action 1 and Psychic Hitmonchan Action 2.

Tomohawk: Hurricane on Hitmonchan Thrice.

IF Hitmonchan has fainted, THEN replace your remaining actions with Air Slash on Golbat.

IF Hitmonchan Detects, THEN use Confuse ray on Golbat that action.

otay D= kindve bummed hoped to atleast throw some damage onto you D=.

ohwell gotta work from here.

Hitmonchan. Combo Fakeout and Thunder punch round 1. Smash that gallade for some damage. Turn two your out. If your alive round 3 then Chill.

Bozzy: Use Confuse Ray on Tomo, Then toxic on Fly on gallade. Fly again on gallade

Pikapwnd, I was lenient with your second action. You basically gave two different instructions for it, so I RNGed between them. In normal circumstances I would probably have the mon do nothing due being confused by its trainer's instructions, but I was feeling generous today. You need to proofread your posts better next time though.

Rain (3 rounds)

The secound round starts off with Lynchies attempting to regain some lost momentum from the recent events. He does this with a nifty combination of Fake Out and ThunderPunch that I am told he likes to be called his Lighting Fast ThunderPunch! While the attack only does modest damage, it does act to increase his survivability somewhat in preventing Gallade from whacking him back immediately. However the forced flinch activated Demi Gravidon's Steadfast and he will be even faster next time around. Chinook responds with more of how she ended the last round, only this time around her huge Hurricane also intensely confuses the poor mangled Hitmonchan. Bozzy finishes out this action by returning the favour on Chinook with a Confuse Ray, but the effect is only slight on her.

As fast as lightning the now boosted Gallade leaps at Bozzy and strikes hard with a Psycho Cut! Lynchies meanwhile is rendered impotent thanks to the energy he expended on the previous combination. He is also given a reprieve despite his precariously low HP total, as Chinook's confusion gets the better of her and she is left lightly tapping herself rather than a executing a useful attack. Bozzy winds us up for now by once again flying into the air and this time coming back down to strike Demi Gravidon.

The final action once again starts off with the blindly fast Gallade, and thanks to a critical hit his Ice Punch on Bozzy is able to match the damage of the previous attack. Lynchies then seems to be oblivious to his fate, and rather than taking advantage of what many would call a bonus action he just chills and waits for the end to come. The end comes soon too, because free of her quick bout of confusion Chinook dispatches with the Fighting type thanks to another Hurricane. Bozzy finally flies in the air for another time, but this time his aim is a little off and he misses everything on the way back down. The numbers game is certainly against him now too, so that may have been crucial.

Rain (2 rounds)

The writing appears to be on the wall this round, because Bozzy is outnumbered and outmatched. Clearly devious means are his only way to victory, or even dignity, but Demi Gravidon isn't even going to allow that. He starts us off by altering his bodies structure temporarily. The Magic Coat will be sure to reflect any tricky moves right back at where they came from. We appear to skip over Chinook's usual turn to act, because she is putting all her focus into preparing something very special. Bozzy looks a little worried by what the Tomohawk might be up to, but none the less follows his trainers instructions and fires off Supersonic waves at the Gallade. These are of course sent right back thanks to the Magic Coat, and Bozzy himself ends up severely confused. Its a good thing he doesn't have his full witts about him too, because Chinook is about to unleash something devastating. She raises up from a crouched position and puts both arms high into the air to call down yet another Hurricane. Only this time her claws also outstretch and from each one comes a series of tiny little balls of Aura. The Spheres soon fill the whirling hurricane, and when it eventually falls down on Bozzy not only is he knocked for a loop by the extreme winds but also pelted with the little balls of energy. The Aura Tempest is a beautiful and devastating combination indeed.

Demi Gravidon is surely impressed by the combo, but instead of trying anything fancy himself he just goes about the grunt work of pounding the Golbat as hard as he can. The next attack comes in the form of another Ice Punch that leaves Bozzy close to the edge. Chinook meanwhile is still trying to regain her aura, after having used a lot of her spiritual energy on the previous attack. Bozzy decides it best not to risk another Fly attack, and instead dashes at Gallade with the more reliable Wing Attack, it is of course all in vain though, because Demi Gravidon quickly follows up with another Psycho Cut to bring Bozzy down and secure a dominating victory for Kaxtar.
